Great and fast support!
They processed what I wanted.

Was using Canadian mobile proxies that kept giving me USA ips. That issue continued for a few days and everytime I reached out to support they said that everything is working fine on their end, before they finally admitted it. At which point I already got a lot of accounts shadowbanned and lost traffic.

The IPv6 were generally effective, but I experienced compatibility issues with a few sites. The support team was helpful and provided a quick balance replacement, but the initial inconvenience was a bit frustrating. Good service overall, but could benefit from better initial support and compatibility.

The residential proxies performed well overall, but I encountered issues accessing certain websites, especially financial ones. The support team eventually resolved the issues, but the response time was longer than expected. It's a solid service, but there's room for improvement in accessibility and support.

I had some trouble with the datacenter proxies not providing the specific country options I needed. Additonally, User authenticator was missing, which limited their usability for my project. The quality is generally good, but these gaps need addressing for a higher rating.

The proxy service is decent with good speed and a wide range of options. However, I faced some issues with IP rotation which affected my scraping tasks. Support was slow to respond, taking about 30 minutes to get back to me. If they can improve on this, I might consider updating my review.

They frequently do giveaways for bandwidth on proxies. Apparently if you win too many times they disown you and speak with very bad manners. Basically I won a 2nd giveaway and they deleted my initial ticket without me seeing any responses. Then I reopened ticket and was clueless of what happened and I kindly asked if there was any mistake because i didnt have any extra bandwith added to my account. And they replied: "How do you want the ban" "You claimed too many times" "Both of ur current plans are now deleted" "great day".

Then went forward and nullified both of my plans.
Very very unfortunate. Thank god I was just testing the service before actually buying more than 10GB per month that I had planned.

All in all, the service is a resell of other big proxy providors, they use a public proxy site template and it is being run by a petulant teenager with broken English. I don't know how legit customers have good experiences with those people...

UPDATE: The site owner contacted me through discord threating me as well because of this negative review.

REPLY UPDATE: In contradiction with what the site owners claimed in their response. They have no real data to back their argument that I was abusing their gifting system with multiple accounts. My discord account was created in 2017 (info publicly available on each discord account).

Reading their Terms of Use, nowhere does it state that having won 2 giveaways makes you susceptible to account limitations or revoke of the gifted plans. Thus, the action was unjustified and unjust.

Lastly, according to:

- ISO 10001:2018 - Quality Management - Customer Satisfaction Guidelines

The ISO standards cited above consistently define a customer as any individual or organization that receives or could receive a service, product, or any other deliverable from an organization. This supports the conclusion that a registered user who accesses a service through a giveaway can indeed be considered a customer under ISO standards.

So, I repeat myself. Whoever needs a legit service this should not be it as it doesn't comply with the ISO standards that most regional laws require.

Proxys works perfect, 100€+ spent. And I will buy more.

i got a free trial for 30 minutes i did few questions took 10 minutes to repsond and nothing to test then i asked them to delete my profile then received leave ur not too important, imagine urself if you be their client i will avoid this

These proxies are very affordable if you require high bandwidth. Perfectly working, very minimal downtime. Support is also very active and helping.

If you forget your password and have used a gmail account to sign up, do NOT log out, you can't get back in, they don't support "forgot password" for gmail accounts, just wasted my money. Terrible site, also can't update your email that's linked to the account.

They can’t even refund u even tho i haven’t used anything and when i demanded on an refund i got banned.

Great service, quality product and customer service is unbelievably fast and responsive ^_^

Bought Datacenter proxies, didn't work, then asked for a refund, but they refuse to refund and blame everything on the customer.
