Initially appears good but when cutting in the paint was drying as I worked. Extremely difficult to get a smooth cut in line. Not durable or easy to wipe. Looking at it causes it to mark. Not an even colour across my room. Paint pot metal very thin and deforms when opening making it difficult to seal after use. I had to use cling film. I would never buy again! At £50 per 2.5 litres, not worth the cost. After 4 weeks, I know that I will have to repaint in the next few weeks. I bought 2 x 2.5 litres... Different shades... Nightmare

Great experience with Lulu and team from the Northcote Road store. In store, the team were super helpful, and set us up with Lulu for an in-home colour consultation. Lulu was great fun and extremely helpful with choosing new paint colours for the whole flat, and the mood board she sent after the appointment has already provided inspiration for what everything will look like once painted. Can't wait to see what everything will look like when it's all done!

We had an in home colour consultation with Lulu from the Northcote Road store and I have to say she was a godsend. As someone with zero vision for anything creative or interior related, this service was invaluable for someone who is looking to redecorate but doesn't quite need an interior designer.

Lulu was great and was easily able to pick out colours that complemented our existing furniture whilst being able to refresh and update our flat.

Would recommend Lulu for this service to anyone!

Quick delivery, great value for money. I like the fact this paint green 08 only required one coat to look fabulous.

Great product arrived quickly, covers really well and looks smart and is hardewearing.

Colour is lovely and the Ultra Flat goes on pretty well, very useful that its multi surface for colour drenching. But annoyingly two different tins of blue 04 have finished in slightly different colours. I run out of paint after 1 tin so ordered another and its very obvious where the two paint tins have crossed over. Now ive got to re-do everything else. Massive shame and i wouldnt recommend for this reason

Delivered with care , my daughter recommended this paint . The coverage of the paint is extremely good. Quick drying no odour , have used on walls and skirting boards aswell as radiator. Would 100% recommend this product. Colour is as it said , I purchased 03green.

Lick was used for the first time by my decorator and he said it was excellent.Superior to any other paints that he has used.
I love the finish - it seems to have a depth that I haven't seen in other paints.

I bought three 2.5l tins of Lick Supreme Beige 10 (3 for 2 offer) to decorate my living room as I had heard great reviews about Lick paint. It arrived promptly and well packaged. All I can say is wow, it is pretty amazing. It is thick and goes on a dream. It covered the dark blue paint in 2 coats, turning what was a cold, dark north facing room into a neutral but cosy and warm space. I used the paint on walls, ceiling and skirting and it was so easy to use. I am so impressed and will use Lick paint from now on.

I used lick black 02 matte in my livingroom and bedroom. I had initially ordered eggshell from licks website however decided to go for matte which i picked up from B&Q. I initially reached out to them on 06/11ish and explained the above … they told me i can’t return the B&Q paint??? Despite me explaining it was the eggshell one from them directly i was returning ?? So i reached out on instagram and they explained £5 fee which i said was fine.. no label was issued.. so i chased 07/11 chasing the label… they responded on the SEVENTEETH!! 10 days later!! By that time i’d already re contacted via livechat to get a label.

On 18th i sent them confirmation from DPD that lick had received my return. They confirmed they couldn’t issue a refund as they confirmed they had the paint but were awaiting the second item… what second item?? I told them it was just the paint?

The 19th told me the refund should be processed shortly. 21st .. i chased as no refund yet despite item reaching them and them confirming they had it a few days ago.

I said due to the hassle they should waive the £5 return fee as it was an effort to get the return done and i had to chase them multiple times and they said no 😂

I would not order from lick directly again. B&Q customer service is much better , store does free exchanges and returns so long as product isn’t opened - incase you buy too much or the wrong one!

It was very easy to navigate the website, making it easy for me to choose my paint sample. Delivery was extremely quick. Great service and happy with the product. Would definitely use again.
