Couldn't fault Leaders at all, always prompt with responses and very friendly. Lillian was amazing to deal and did as much as she could to help.

My experience with Leader is top-notch compared to other letting agents I have interacted with. Faith Graham and her team supported us nicely during the property letting process from start to finish. Faith Graham, my first contact who assisted in viewing the property, was exceptionally helpful, and she never got tired of my back-and-forth calls for clarity and requests for more information.

The agency and their landlord are completely unresponsive. It takes an unreasonably long time for them to send someone to the property to address issues reported through their portal. They don’t reply to emails, and their office lines are often unanswered or staff are frequently out of the office when called. Dealing with Leaders has been incredibly frustrating

Lillian was amazing right from the start. She was very informative and made sure I was always kept in the loop.

Everything was made very simple and all the paperwork was felt with quickly and efficiently

Lillian have been exceptional during our 3 month process! No question to silly and no request to large. Both Lillian and Jolanta are a real credit to the company and I hope they are recognised for ther brilliant customer service.
