The maintenance services are quite professional. No complains.
But the rent contract extension experience was not great. It was late, required multiple reminders, could not meaningfully address our concerns and comments and, after all, they insisted it should be effective two months backdated.

Danielle was our estate agent and she was incredible the whole way through. She found us our dream home and made the whole process smooth. I would highly recommend!

They have just sold a development property for us in Sapperton , near Cirencester. Rupert and his team have been exemplary in the handling of the sale throughout.

The house that they gave me had lots of issues, they do not care about your problems, just dont work with them. They just care about the rent payment thats it, when you have an issue with the house they are so bad at solving it.
