We had a really positive experience with Lender Letting Agency, especially thanks to Gracie.
From our first conversation, she was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Moving house can be stressful, but Gracie made the whole process so much easier. She kept us updated throughout, answered all our questions quickly, and was always professional while making us feel at ease.
Thanks to her hard work, we found and secured our new home much quicker than we expected. It never felt like we were just another customer—she genuinely cared about helping us find the right place.

Great experience with Leaders Northampton Lettings. The move-in process was smooth and well managed.

My experience with leaders was on the whole very good. There were a couple of problems including the grass being matted and uncut. The landlord has since sorted this.
I found all the girls in the office/ on the phone to be very pleasant and helpful.
