They don’t seem to know how to be instructed
I just called and texted you trying to instruct you to collect a large amount of money for me as I already obtained a court judgement texting getting nowhere and no reply from anyone and the guy who answered the phone. Didn’t know how to deal with me instructing you, I had to hang up what sort of company are you?!!!

Professional and friendly
I had a great experience with lantern this morning as they phoned me to see if everything was okay as they saw one of my payments recently was late by a few days, they where very friendly and polite on the phone and even had a nice conversation with them during the whole call.

Surpised
The lady I spoke to - Annie, was a breath of fresh air. I get that these organisations get some stick due to the nature of the work they do but this lady was supportive, caring and really professional. Sometimes people really surprise me for all the good and right reasons. Annie was one of those people.
