Terrible debt collection agency I had to make 1 small payment and have been trying to pay since the beginning of October but they keep refunding me then contacting me asking me for the money. It affected my credit score as looks like I had an outstanding payment. I got confirmation on the 5th payment that the issue was resolved I thought it was as I paid and received confirmation letter to say the account it’s closed and my credit saying it was closed and paid just to be refunded AGAIN 2 weeks later. I am so angry as this has been a massive Inconvenience and will now need to pay for a 6th time.

Good evening,I've received a Debt demand from mycrs with not a damned clue as to what I owe £159.00 to/ for,demanding I use their link to make a payment,don't think so somehow.Im 82 years old,no Debts that I'm aware of,I'm currently extremely unwell having suffered a fractured spine,Stomach Ulcers recieving treatments,and badly controlled Asthma,I'm not tolerating harassment

I have received the letter from this company called CRS that owe the amount of £21.53 to EE. When I called the CRS customer service I gave them the letter reference number , my name and told them the the amount was settled/ paid to EE. I have asked them to to liaise with EE and don't send me any more letters.
The person from CRS asked me for my date of birth and other personal information which I was not happy to provide . A purpose of my call was to inform them that the outstanding balance was paid to EE and nothing is owed. But, the CRS person did not want to go further because I did not tell him my DOB.
They should comply with the GDPR - they don't have the right to store my personal information without my consent.
I am surprised that EE is using this company.

Much easier to deal with than Three mobile. I couldn’t get through to them to pay my outstanding bill. CRS were really straightforward in comparison.

Scum. Vile scum. It's disgusting that businesses like this can operate with such flagrant disregard for common decency and lawful process. No due diligence. Just empty pathetic threats from a bunch of dinkheads. Believe me CRS... You will pay the price for your disgusting practices. People and authorities will not stand for it. You have been reported and dealt with. See you in court.

I was behind my payment in one of my accounts without me noticing. I got everything on standing order but due to changes in my banking account it was left unpaid for 2 months, thus resulting to the suspension. I didn’t realise it not until my phone was unreachable. But due to my hectic schedule. I didn’t get the chance to resolve. I was worried that it would left me into a bad credit position if it would take long. Thanks to paycrs. It enables me to resolve it right after receiving the email.
