I have bad anxiety and struggle to…

I have bad anxiety and struggle to understand things with calls at times but today I called up and spoke to Annie she was very calming and spoke to me like a human being and not a robot I honestly cant say how great her customer service is and slowly talked me through things very patient and an absolute creadit to the company

I can’t remember the ladies name she was amazing I like to say it’s was anna but I might be wrong
She was brilliant I wish I remembered her name
She said she was the only one with that name who works there

I had a fraudulent account opened with…

I had a fraudulent account opened with lending stream years ago but lending stream never listened and sold it to Lenten with back and forth for a while lantern got lending stream to do there job the debt is now written off and my credit file will be updated in due time thank you so much

Really happy with the service

I had an issue where my payment wasn’t taken on the scheduled day, so I called Lantern for help. Amir sorted everything out in less than 10 minutes and was incredibly helpful throughout. He also made sure that if a payment isn’t taken in the future, it will automatically be retried the next day, which gave me great peace of mind. I was really happy with the service—thanks again, Amir!
