We had the pleasure of Colin from Dryburgh Domestics visit to fix our dishwasher, he called the day before giving us a rough time of arrival, he then called us 30 minutes before he arrived on the day and replaced the part required with no trouble at all.

Very disappointed in service and still waiting for an answer
Very disappointed in service. Firstly the package was sent to billing address instead of delivery address as requested. Then, on receipt, the freezer drawer was damaged as was clearly insufficiently packaged in comparison to the two fronts of drawers which arrived intact. The frustrating aspect of the process is that only communication can be made through email with return response not even received within timelines indicated in relation to my complaint regarding wrong delivery address. I requested replacement items for other items for freezer and fridge through an alternative website that’s not original Lamona as their website was out of stock; the alternative items arrived better packaged and within 48 hours and their communication and updates by email were far superior. Incredibly disappointed in Lamona service and still waiting to hear a reply to my question as to when they will be sending a replacement for the damaged drawer.

My order was received damaged
My order was received damaged. I contacted customer service and they informed me a replacement would be sent or to me, but I never received the replacement and no response from customer service team when I questioned where the replacement was.

I found the identical branded part 75% less
I found the identical branded part available on EBay at 25% of price without the unavoidable Lamona spares £9.95 next day delivery which in reality turned out to be 3 days.
I now know to new check Amazon & EBay first for value / price comparison. I’m disappointing that Lamonaspares don’t do the same benchmarking. Caveat emptor.
