Colin from Dryburgh Domestics, was excellent from start to finish. He gave us a call beforehand to arrange a suitable time and turned up exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the issue without any fuss. The repair was carried out promptly and professionally, and everything was sorted in no time.
It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but Colin was better than a well-fired-up kettle on a cold Scottish morning! We’d happily recommend him to anyone needing repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Services are really bad
Services are really bad, a shattered oven glass was delivered to my house and up to now I haven’t had anything about a replacement, emails and pictures were sent through and am not happy with communication

We ordered and waited and waited
We ordered and waited and waited. Eventually it arrived, well packed and on the time given by DPD.
In between we had no contact details or delivery time from Lamona Spares.

Engineer was polite
Engineer was polite. However we have since had an independent engineer out who took the plinth off and could see the ventilation was adequate. He also looked behind the fridge and saw more ventilation. Think they just don’t want to honour the warranty
