Our oven started making a terrible noise when on. We messaged our dealer and Josh replied quickly. We were given an appointment quickly. Josh arrived within the scheduled time. He immediately seen what the problem was and sorted it out for us. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Great job

Awful customer service. Went round and round in circles with automated bots that tell you to phone the same number. Ended up trying all the different press this button options for real person then doing the exact same thing. Could not get through to anyone regarding an existing claim. Phoned the shop I bought the appliance from who said they’d look into it and actually helped me. Awful experience

I’ve just had Bill Cooper of EH appliance repairs out to look at my hob and washing machine. This is the second time I have had Bill out. He contacted me the next day I reported my issues to Howden and within 48 hours he was out and fixed my appliances. No hesitation in recommending Bill. We had Alec from Domestic Electrics out to replace our faulty washing machine, he took time & care fitting the new integrated washing machine as the doors are always a bit tricky to fit but Alec left an amazing job & cleaned up after himself.

Ben Garnham came over today to sort out our Lamona hob. When we set up the appointment he had realised how quickly we wanted the problem solved and went out of his way to make sure we were seen within a couple of days. He explained what had gone wrong in layman's language and without us feeling out of our depth.

Excellent service from Bill at Grace Electrical. Booked in by Howdens to come and resolve an issue with a washing machine that was under warranty, came out within 24 hours, identified the issue and confirmed solution to resolve. Very professional and clear in next steps to complete the job. Bill left me feeling confident that our new homeowner at Oakfield will have no issues with their washing machine.

Ben Garnham came and replaced our Lamona oven door which was broken. Ben called on the same day I phoned up and booked in a day to come sort the door. He kept me up to date as there had been an issue with delivery from DPD. Thanks Ben!
