Ross from R G lickerish ref 3884541 was brilliant . Quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the part. Tested the dishwasher afterwards working fine as it brand new … just wasn’t washing properly.

I had an issue with my extractor fan and fridge freezer. I had a local engineer out called Simon. He arrived on time and was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better customer service. He was a great advisor and went out of his way to explain everything to me. The company are lucky to have him!!

Was just right: but no instructions on fitting what was a difficult task given force needed to be applied in the correct way at the correct level if the unit was not to be broken!

We had an issue with our warming drawer, after a couple of attempts to rectify it Ian & Ian came to the rescue. One Ian was from Howdens & the other Ian was from Lamona. They came out last week to ensure the new drawer was fitted correctly & working. They were so helpful & couldn’t do enough to ensure we were completely happy before they left. Top work & great customer service. Thank you!

I rised the warranty claim. There engineer Andrew(Domestic Engineering) contact me yesterday. He came just on time and fixed the issue within 30min.

Ordered a replacement Oven Knob which didn’t arrive and was refunded but only the cost of the part was refunded not the postage even tho it was never received

Totally frustrating.
When my Lamona wine cooler went wrong the call to the company who deals with the support said that my initial registration didnt collect all the information they needed.
so i had to ring the store - twice - because the first time they didnt give all the numbers needed for the product.
the engineer came out and confirmed it was broken. no other contact since then apart from an email asking me what i thought of their new product. I logged on the site and it says its in progress - that's it.
then i tried to call them and got Emma the online assistant - who after taking my post code I would need to speak to Howdens.
I rang the number texted and got Emma again - who asked for my post code and then told me I needed to speak to Howdens. I got another text with exactly the same message.

Colin Druburgh Domestics came out to my dishwasher, he arrived when he said, did a great job fixing my dishwasher, left as if he had never been in my kitchen
