Handle received with no screws there was a neat square cut out of packaging possibly screws removed if that’s the case this should have been checked before handle dispatched communication regarding this has not been great So they have responded to my review and not resolved or acknowledged the e mail I sent with pictures of item an packaging.

Tibi was absolutely amazing he came and fixed the washing machine he also made the experience a 10 stars very good would definitely recommend

Fault reported with my dishwasher on Wednesday, we had a call back shortly afterwards & my appointment was made for Thurs am. Confirmed by text later on the time for Thurs & Steve turned up on time, in the pouring rain, and sorted my dishwasher out right away. Brilliant service, thank you 😊

I had to have a washer replacement. I had a team called Alan and Callum at Dill and Sons, what a fabulous experience they came into my home replace the washer tidied up after themselves and definitely went the extra mile with Customer Service with a pleasant and polite experience all the way would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible and appalling service.Rude woman wasnt at all intetested in a repair of my washer,just constantly interrupting and trying to sell me extended warranty. She still persisted for days after,ringing my mobile

John McGowan the engineer from Domestic Electrics phoned to say when he would be arriving and was prompt. Explained what he would be doing, to fix the issued, and proceeded expediently. Left the area clean.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my faulty tall integrated freezer, which is only 10 months old. I reported the issue on the 8th of July and was assured that an engineer would come on the 15th of July. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and after a follow-up call, I learned that the appointment had not been recorded in your system, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had taken a day off work for this.
After rescheduling, the engineer finally arrived and confirmed the fault. I was informed that parts would need to be ordered and that it would take approximately three days. However, it took until the 19th of August for the issue to be resolved—a frustrating seven weeks after I first reported the problem. During this time, I was forced to throw away £200 worth of food.

Moreover, I found it challenging to communicate effectively with customer service, as there were significant language barriers which made a painful situation even more difficult.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support, ineffective communication, and the significant inconvenience caused by this whole ordeal. I expected better from Lamona, and unfortunately, I will be sharing my experience with others, warning them to steer clear of Lamona appliances.

I would appreciate a response addressing my concerns and any potential compensation for the loss I experienced

Alan & Callum from Dill & Sons replaced our integrated microwave, they were very polite, efficient and very professional. Would recommend this company 👍.

Colin from Dryburgh Domestics carried out two jobs, one on oven and other on cooker hood. First class communication and service . Turns up promptly and carries out repairs. Good all round service.

The engineer, John McGowan, was efficient and polite. He understood the issue and resolved it with no fuss

Engineers were excellent, really pleasant and respected our home. The customer service team however, were not great at all, it was like pulling teeth trying to have a conversation and then they lost emails and clearly don’t communicate with one another. Not even sure who to contact now as the last email said they were going back to Howdens but no mention of what happens next or any timescales.

In general I have found Lamona to be lacking in customer service from registering the appliances where the push to sell extra guarantees was both excessive, intimidating and not required. Call centre would not take no for an answer and this concerned me. One appliance broke after 3 uses of less than a combined time of 8 mins. They would not replace the appliance. The first engineer could not fix it. The wrong parts had been ordered.
If I had known that Pacifica were in charge of my guarantees I would not have purchased the appliances.

Colin from Dryburgh Domestics arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and had the part replaced in no time! Very impressive service, esp for a warranty callout.

Engineer was great. Professional and respectful of our home.
However this is the third visit to dishwasher and several parts how been replaced and it is still not draining after ever wash.
They are revisiting again!

Great service, very expensive

A pull-out bin broke when I dropped it.
I requested a replacement, expecting to pay, but in just a week it was replaced for no charge out of spare supplies. This exceeded my expectations of customer service

Spot on with times, punctual and polite
