Carl diagnosed the problem on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon my washer/dryer was working again. Couldn't of asked for a more efficient service.

We had Alex from Domestic Electric out to sort our dishwasher to correct some previous shoddy work done by another engineer. He was super thorough and worked hard to ensure the dishwasher fitted properly into the space with the door refitted. He was an exceptionally pleasant worker and did a great job. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Colin came out very quickly after our initial call. He fixed our dishwasher within minutes so job well done.

It was great to get the part I needed and easy to find on the website.
Slight downside was there was no communication to say part wasn't in stock and it took 3 weeks to come,

Reasonably fast delivery, correct product, fridge freezer back up and running. Good service.

Despite sending make of fridge , wrong advice of what to order given . Had to reorder one part and now dont have time to re order other as moving house. Would have been easier and quicker to speak to someone in stead of e mails with waits for replies. Cost of delivery shocking too . Would not recommend

Alex the engineer from Domestic Electrics,was prompt,friendly and able to sort the problem there and then. Also explained up keep of fridge freezer which helps get the best out our appliance.

Alex from Domestic & General called before his visit to let us know he was on his way. On arrival he investigated our problem with our double oven but unfortunately due to a communication error between us and the office he had the wrong parts. Alex diagnosed the problem called the office and sorted required parts and arranged new appointment. He was really helpful in explaining problem and sorted it as best he could. Really polite and helpful engineer.

We ordered the package over a week ago but Nothing has arrived. When you go to the tracking information It just says “damaged” and I’ve tried to contact the company and received no response.

You can’t contact them by telephone so it feels the only way I can do. This is through the credit card company and it’s really frustrating because we’ve worked with Howden’s for many years but Lamona so difficult to get hold of anybody to deal with anything that we wouldn’t buy their products again.
