Had a great service all windows and doors changed the job was a large job as I have a large double garage four bedroom house with two on suites and family bathroom the work was completed in five days and all the mess was cleaned up each evening I have only had one very small problem when a key broke in my side door but was rectified within a few days to a high quality finish I would fully recommend and will use again and recommend to friends and family thanks again

We previously has another regional company fit windows in our old property and was extremely disappointed with the out come. This time we went with a more local company and got good results the sales man was very informative and took his time to answer all of our questions and made some recommendations to accheve our budget. I cant give a option on the doors as we only had windows installed. I have not noticed any faults and the fitters Steve & Blake were professional throughout the install. I was contacted by KLIC Home Improvements offering a free no obligation quote for new windows and doors. They explained that they recycle your old windows and doors and give you money for them, therefore lowering the cost of your new ones and the quote would be valid for 12 months. The sales man, was very good at his job, however I did feel pressured to accept a significantly reduced quote there and then which I didn't really want to do but as the 12 month quote was over twice as much we accepted the lower quote. Had I have known that we would have been given two very different quotes I probably would have refused on the phone as I don't like making decisions on the spot. The surveyor and the guys who installed where all very friendly and professional and I can't fault them. Communications from the company itself since accepting the quote gave been spot on and only a couple of hours after installation a follow up call was received. I'm really happy with the look of our new windows and doors. Thank you.

We have just had new windows and a door installed. From the first meeting with the sales guy to the last moment with the installers the service has been so easy and friendly.

The quality of their product over the others I’ve seen is on another level. The frames themselves are deep and rock solid in construction and there are extra details included that would either have cost us more or would have been missing from competitors windows.

The installers were particularly thoughtful, clean and friendly. I was so cuffed to see the way they had thought about trimming the kitchen window so that the tiles I love are not affected.

We will be using Klick again when the extension is built.

Very efficient process from sales quote to installation. Salesman was with us for a while but not pushy or irritating like some are. Negotiated a reasonable discount. Installation was faster than promised and the guys that fit the windows were very polite and friendly and did a high level of work. Windows also top quality.
