From the initial consultation, all the Klic staff was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. In a perfect world, nothing goes wrong. But when there was a hiccup with our order, it was dealt with quickly and with minimum disruption. Would definitely use Klic for any future work.

No disingenuous sales pitch, friendly staff, good price, high quality product. Two large bay windows and one study window installed quickly and efficiently with no redecoration required. Even the front garden survived unscathed.

Got a quote from Klic (Steve) who brought a sample window which is a very robust and solid bit of kit, also arranged for us to visit a previous installation to view a colour, good price, quote accepted, windows arrived on time, installation booked and fitted, little bit of snagging, which is par for the course, and carried out with no problem by Tony. Great looking windows, french doors and stable door. Would happily use again and also confidently recommend them.

The workman were professional and considerate. Finishing was made to a high standard.

Recent order of 4 doors. Doors took considerably longer than originally thought. However installation once booked was ok but there was a measurement error with one door resulting in further delay. This was handled well by company just an inconvenience for us of several weeks. Annoying but they did their best

The third phase of my double glazing replacement was completed this week by KLIC and as always everything went smoothly. Engineers arrived as planned on time and had everything with them. Noise was minimal and when they left you would never have known we had had workman in the house. Within hours of them leaving had a call from the office to confirm I was happy with the work. Easy!

The whole team were great - from Scott the Salesman very informative about all the benefits and options, Andy the Surveyor was very detailed and explained clearly to my husband the work he carried out, and the father, son fitters did an amazing job, the finish is great and they left the place clean afterwards. Very happy with our windows - so much more light comes in now and they just look so much better, so open. We are also happy knowing that our property is now more secure and will keep in the heat in the winter.

Fitters turned up on the time specified. They were polite, efficient and did an excellent job of fitting my front door and window. I am very pleased with the work carried out. Care was taken to clean up after the work was completed. Excellent. Thank you.

From the initial phonecall to organise a chat to finally paying off the windows Klic were patient with me and full of information. I was late for the salesman, I wasn't home for the surveyor, I had to change my order as I simply couldn't organise the funds, I was given nearly 4 months between agreeing to have the installation to having to pay for it and even then it took 3 days to clear the balance on credit cards because of moving money and waiting for it to clear and me making mistakes and everyone has been lovely and friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn't answered when I e-mailed and called to try and organise the actual install date and I couldn't pick the day I wanted but it was pretty close (they called me a couple weeks after and were unaware I'd called).

The windows seem very secure, as they were sold to me, installation was quick and I can't say I see any problems. My last installation was done from the outside (insurance job) and I was never entirely happy. I've had a good look and can't see any gaps so hopefully this is the end of the rain inside. One bedroom unavoidably had a bunk bed directly in front of the window, which was tricky for the workmen but they didn't quibble. I covered the furniture inside with dustsheets, I don't know if they would've provide their own but they were necessary. There was a lot of plastic dust inside afterwards, obviously there were drafts too and alot of bits and pieces got blown through (my daughter likes to make paper dolls) so be prepared for a bit of mess and because the windows were brought up through the house there are a few scratches and scuffs on the walls, they also had to trample a bush outside one of the downstairs windows, I'm sure it was unavoidable and it will recover but I was a bit sad to see.

So this damage and one time inability to make contact are the only reasons to lose a star. I was nervous of the entire process, contacted by the company without first approaching them, salesman took payment when he came to, in my mind, do a free quote but it turns out my scam/overcharging fears were unfounded as the price I got was close to quotes I received from other companies so I'm very happy.
