Both of the fitters worked very hard all day and the end result was very good .I am thinking of having a new front door and would not hesitate to use KLIC

Professional company from initial consultation to fitting. Salesman knew his product and answered all questions. We were impressed when he brought a complete window to demonstrate. Dwayne, the fitter was very efficient and pleasant. Tidied up everything and can hardly tell he was in the garden. Very pleased with the windows and would recommend KLIC to anyone. In fact, we have just ordered a new conservatory from them.

Well where do we start with the praise !! Everyone that dealt with us Stuart, Ricky, Andy and Kaya and the office staff were so efficient and helpful, they all spent time telling us and showing us the different types of windows and doors , measuring up and doing the survey , then they were so quick letting us know the windows and door was ready and arranged fitting to suit us . Andy and Kaya were with us three days they were Fantastic and worked so well together the finish they gave us was 110% which was way above what we thought it would be as some of our walls are so old and brickwork crumbles very easy . The office staff were also very helpful when we phoned to sort out fitting and pay for the work . We are so pleased with the finished results and the great firm will recommend to everyone. Company were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. My phone calls were dealt with in a timley and professional manner Their fitter Ken arrived on time and fitted my door without any problems leaving everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with the door which looks good and was a fair price.

Two chaps came to fit four windows, they were extremely professional, friendly and chatty. They used dust sheets and hoovered after working on the hottest day of the year and they certainly worked hard. They cleaned the windows before they left. They arrived on time, exceptionally tidy and I'm really happy with the work done.... I really hope they get a good wage for the work they do !!!!!

Amazing. We had talked about replacing our 35 year old double glazing that had blown and from the first contact the company has been great. Their rep Rick, was very good. Showed us samples and helped us through the process, even popping round when the instillation was under way. Although I know he wanted the sale, he was not pushy in anyway.
The in installation team, Steve and Blake could not have been more helpful and after the windows were fitted you wouldn't know they had been other than the new windows! All the old windows were taken away and everywhere was clean and spotless.
As a nation of moaners, me included, I would love to have a moan but quite simply cannot find anything to moan about!
Well done KLIC, I would recommend you to anyone.

From start to finish KLIC home improvements have been brilliant! Good pricing making it affordable for us to have our windows done fast service 2 months from start to finish. The fitters were brilliant cleaned up well after themselves and did well going on and out not to let our dog out! And the windows and door look great! Would definitely use this company again!

Great company from start to finish, Every members of staff we dealt with were friendly, sense of humor and willing to please the customer, great with our family pet, willing to go that extra mile if needed, the fitters were brilliant they left the property clean and dirty, repaired any damage (this was our render, not the blokes fault). 1. The quality of the doors & windows is superb. I am very happy with the look & feel of the products, also their security & thermal features.

2. The professionalism of the Klic Home Ltd staff at all stages of the process, including: the initial cold-caller; salesman Steve; detailed surveyors, Andy & Ricky; most of all the expert installers, Andy & Kaia (pse excuse any misspelling).

3. Andy & Kaia are a credit to Klic Home Ltd. They are polite, respectful, masters of their trade and extremely efficient. They removed/installed 16 windows & 3 doors Monday to Thursday, job done.

4. In the office, Amber & Danielle kept things on the rails - thanks ladies.

Fantastic service all round from sales to survey very quick cannot fault the installers lovely blokes and great banter. Would highly recommend this company. Everywhere was tidied up afterwards plus the windows and doors look fabulous we are so happy we chose KLIC home improvements. Sales man nice chap but a bit pushy, understand as was end of month and they need the sales. Product looks good. Install went very well, cleaned up after themselves. All good.

Very accommodating and friendly company. Lady on the phone is always very patient and kind. The salesman who came was really friendly and helpful. Due to awkward rules about my property the windows had to be a very specific colour which was not a standard colour and the company were incredibly accommodating to get this colour done. Once day of fitting came the men were friendly and very quick with the job. Very accommodating to my dog who kept trying to help (getting in the way). Windows are brilliant quality.

I ordered mywindows in May,My installation was bought forward by 4 months I had asked for them to be installed in October as that was when I was going to have the appropriate money, . But due to a an ordering problem on their end,they were fitted in July, so had to organise to take some funds from my savings account. I was very happy with installation, installers very curtious and cleaned up.
Windows look great and a great improvement on previous windows.

Good experience from start to finish regarding our new front door. Sales rep was extremely helpful as door opening was not standard. The surveyor came to measure up within 2 weeks, deposit was paid and date was given for fitting within 12 weeks but we actually only waited about 4 weeks, which was a bonus. Fitter arrived on time and and got straight to work. Was a fiddly job for him but it looked absolutely amazing when completed. All the debris was cleared away too. First class job, thank you KLIC team and Amber/Danielle in the office too, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am very pleased with this company all of the team that I met were polite and well dressed and fast and prompt they explained everything in detail of the job before I agreed so I felt very comfortable with my decision highly recommended

Klic home improvements have been wonderful and so informative throughout my new window journey for my home. From the very start they were really clear and helpful, very thoughtful and any problems there was real local people on the phone to help out until any issue was sorted. The initial consultation was great with Will, the measuring up by Kyle was also great, so smooth. Then only a few weeks later my windows have been installed, the installation team where very friendly and have done a top quality job! I couldn't be happier in the choice I made with Klic home improvements!!
