Great job done, excellent product and fitters were friendly and efficient. Tidied up after themslves and did a great job! Would definitely recommend KLIC and would definitely use them for any further work in the future.

Tony, Steve and Blake were efficient, prompt, tidy, courteous and professional and in my opinion, went above and beyond. This is reflected in the high standard and quality of their workmanship, resulting in a superb finish and a very satisfied and happy customer. The price was very competitive and I will definitely be using KLIC again for any future work. I would highly recommend KLIC to anyone wanting windows, doors and/or minor brickwork. The whole process from the first survey to completion has been very positive.

Excellent customer service throughout and all staff I dealt with polite friendly and efficient. Windows are good quality and any faulty glazing was promptly replaced with no fuse. However I'd not recommend glass doors as the the glass in mine despite having been replaced along with side panel still has many faults so will need to get new fault free panes from another supplier at some stage as the faults are noticed by everyone! I was advised using my own builder for building work would be cheaper but chose not to use this route as thought co-ordinating times could be a problem. I'd recommend using own builders in futures as the stud wall and plastering is very uneven and will need to be done again when I have next have a builder in. It is due to additional work i need to get done and cost of this that I've only given 3 stars.

I have not contacted KLIC again despite their response to my review as the faulty glazing panel has already been replaced twice and it looks like supplier is just returning faulty ones to them! Door glazing has also been replaced and still has faults. Brick work was not done as described by surveyor and I had already flagged up insulation was not done as described, solution offered was not acceptable as it would have created further problems when trying to resolve the other issues. The person who visited to check insulation query failed to notice how poor and uneven the plaster work was or that the skirting was uneven and didn't match what it was joined to. I hadn't pointed this out as it appeared this was acceptable standard to the company. So as per initial review my best option is to get it all sorted by a professional builder and glazing done by another company. The windows however are very good.

This was my 1st experience purchasing new windows & doors for my home. From initial contact to completion, any doubts or fears I may have had were dispelled entirely. I was happy with the cost of installation & the installers were both friendly & tidy.

The fitter arrived at the time arranged. Did an excellent job removing the old door without causing any damage to surrounding area. Installed new door and frame and even managed to reattach my doorbell. Really happy with overall experience with KLIC from salesman to fitting and contacts from the office. New front door enhances the overall look of my house.

I chose KLIC following 2 other estimates and a personal recommendation. From the initial visit on the 9th of August to the completion of the fitting on the18th of September I was extremely impressed with the level of expertise, the efficiency, and the friendliness of all KLIC personnel, and particularly the absence of any "sales pushiness". My overall impression was that KLIC was there to help. The fitters - Dave and Ben - merit a special accolade for their outstanding work ethic, attention to detail and their finishing up with all work areas spotless.

Friendly and professional

Sean and Luke arrived on time and set about their work professionally. They left the site clean and tidy and we were pleased with the new windows.

I was impressed with this company after reading the reviews and decided to go ahead after an initial visit to talk through the cost, the timescale and all the processes involved. Installation was painless and the installers did a good job and cleared up themselves. After they had left I had a problem locking the doors so they came back within the hour of me reporting my problem. A small adjustment was made and I have not had a problem since. My doors look great and I am very pleased with them. I would highly recommend this company.

Should you be put off by the old-school 'Double-glazing' sales technique - it would be a real shame - based on my own experience...
I have had the windows, door and side panel on the front of the house replaced. Attention to detail has been great from the initial sales visit, through the surveyor followup visit and during the installation itself. Product quality is great, everything is exactly as specified and fitted to a very high standard by a company that clearly knows what it is doing and communicates very well.
If, like me, you are sick of making-good after tradesmen leave your house - then fear not. The KLIC team worked to a high level of quality and finish, the installation guys were top-notch - working around our dog and leaving no mess behind. Very happy indeed...

Polite fitters. Worked through out no refreshment breaks. Cleaned up as they progressed with the fitting of doors & windows and when finished for the day left my home clean & tidy. The outside of my property looks wonderful. A very good purchase.

I am very happy with the 2 new windows (a bay window in the living room and a sash in the bedroom). The fitters dealt excellently with an unexpected problem with the bay ceiling.
The only gripe I would have is they should have used more dust covers as the floor and furniture in the room were covered in sawdust and dirt.

The fitters were very quick, the only fault was they could have cleared up a bit more outside (inside was fine) but I picked up lots of cut off plastic nozzles and other bits outside and there is now a stain on the resin driveway where one squirted the start of some mastic.
