Easy to use
Bubble is a really useful app for finding and paying babysitters. I’ve used it many times now to find childcare both planned and last minute and it’s never let me down! I heard about it from my employer and we get a certain number of free hours to use before we have to pay out of our own pockets (what a perk!).

Amazing app to find work!

great, safe, easy to use and reassuring website
The first time I had ever left the children with someone other then family. A very easy to use website that made it safe, easy and reassuring to find a sitter.

Bubble is a terrible app with flaky sitters
Bubble is a terrible app. The vast majority of sitters I've booked cancelled at the last minute and cause me to lose out on tickets booked for events etc. I paid for a year of it's premium service in Jan and by the end of Jan I wanted a refund for the rest of the year and couldn't get it. Don't waste your time with this app.

We appreciate how frustrating it is when a sitter cancels at the last minute, and this certainly isn’t the experience we want families to have, so we do take situations like this extremely seriously. Last-minute cancellations are investigated by our team and can result in serious action being taken against a sitter’s account, including permanent deactivation on the platform.
With regard to your subscription, we’ve been unable to locate any previous request for a refund on your account. While we wouldn’t normally be able to provide a refund for a subscription that has already been used, we’d definitely be happy to take a look at your situation and see what can be done.
