Very professional each time i book a sitter .

Do not waste ur time with this app. I’ve been with bubble for a year where my reputation on there is very high and even was classed a super sitter on the app. A parent has avoided payment with me and when I confronted the parent about this they tried to swerve payment and lie about me to bubble to avoid payment. They straight away sided with him and kicked me off. Mind you they take a huge fee from ur labour work and claim this fee is for insurance and just in case something goes wrong however when I reported a parent wouldn’t pay me they said they can’t do anything about it so don’t waste ur time

The sitter I have been using through Bubble is great. They are reliable. My issue is with Bubble themselves. I have had numerous issues with them creating repeat bookings without my permission. In fact I expressly told them not to on two separate occassions and they proceeded to anyway. One time they managed to have the same sitter booked twice on the sams day, due to them making bookings without my permission, the system then tried to charge me for both sits. I had to go back and forth with customer service to resolve. Most recently after I responded to a mail and expressly asked them not to roll my bookings, a mail to which they confirmed, they then created 4 weeks of bookings on my behalf. I have now contacted them 4x where they have confirmed they have resolved and the bookings, that we do not need, remain on the account. Instead they cancelled bookings I made for this week, resulting in confusion and a last minute childcare scramble. Incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. Plan on cancelling my subscription next week after school term ends. Cannot recommend to others.

We've been using Bubble for almost two years, and it has been a fantastic experience for our family. We have had a few different babysitters, and recently found the perfect one! She is warm, trustworthy, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond. Our children absolutely adore her, and we couldn't recommend her more highly

I honestly cannot fault Bubble's babysitting booking app/service; from searching, messaging, reviewing sitters’ profiles and past feedback, to booking and completing sit, the whole process is very smooth and stress-free.
When you need last minute babysitting, that level of service is not only helpful but also necessary to get on with your day.
Every sitter I’ve had has been great, some will obviously be a better/more experienced but overall all are excellent.

Almost all are super experienced and qualified and my kids are calm, entertained and well looked after throughout the sit. My kids actually love it when we have a sitter!

I cannot compare to other apps/services but I have little reason to switch.

The customer service at Bubble is fantastic. My sitter cancelled on me 15 minutes before she was due to be here, when I contacted the Support team, Oleksandra was so helpful. She helped me find a new sitter.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bubble.

My account was permanently closed after I missed a booking due to unexpected public transport issues. I left over two hours before the booking and did everything I could to get there, but buses and trains were not running as expected. I kept the family updated throughout and explained the situation as it happened.

Despite this being the only booking I have ever missed, Bubble decided to permanently close my account. I feel that the decision was unfair and disproportionate, especially as the circumstances were outside of my control.

I have always cared deeply about providing good childcare and maintaining a professional service. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, Bubble chose to remove my account entirely.

I hope Bubble will reconsider how they handle situations where sitters experience genuine emergencies or transport disruptions.
