I cannot recommend JG Pest Control highly enough, especially technician Aaron Fetherston. After discovering a stressful rat issue with noises in our walls, Aaron arrived incredibly quickly on the very same day we booked.
He was brilliant from start to finish—highly professional, thorough, and diligent. He immediately identified the exact structural entry points the rodents were using and carried out an extensive, high-quality proofing job to secure the house. Facing a rodent problem is incredibly stressful, but Aaron’s expertise and reassuring approach gave us total peace of mind. Absolute 5-star service!

Graham is a fab pest controller after some issues with the company Graham worked hard to actually resolve my issue which is what I have paid for after all !!

It wasn't Jordans fault but we were mis sold a treatment regime when we asked for infected loft insulation to be removed and the gaps where rats were entering our loft be sealed. Jordan left some bait boxes and he was coming back in about 2 weeks to see if they had been touched.

I have been unable to book the 2nd visit and they are about the worst company I have had to deal with. The only solution they could offer regarding reinfestation was the installation of a one way valve in the sewer pipe.
Realising that I was being scammed I reached out to another pest control company and they were offering a comprehensive solution to the problem. The technician told me that he had worked for this company before and that they indeed are just selling a standard rangebof products that are not tailor made to provide a solution to your problem

Terrible company, do not use! The customer service team is so, so bad. Save yourself £600 if you have rats and just put bait down yourself. That's literally all they do. I had to force the technicians who came over to lift up my decking because they kept sending me people without the skills and tools to do it (despite being quoted and charged for the work and despite me saying 4 times to make sure they sent someone qualified), the phone just rings out constantly, emails go ignored, they made unauthorised charges on my card for services I didnt want and hadn't agreed to, and when I sent a customer complaint email in detailing every concern I had, they sent me an AI-drafted response back.

It was easier and more enjoyable dealing with the rats than dealing with this company.
