After months of anxiety about moths and bedbugs Jason arrived on time and took control of the situation. It was no trouble for him to move a couple of heavy items I couldn’t manage. He was pleasant and helpful and able to reassure me that the heat treatment would exterminate the moth and bedbug larvae at the same time. In addition, when researching companies Emily was able to give me a quotation immediately over the phone unlike another leading pest control company which required a deposit of £150 to conduct a site survey before quoting. Thanks to all involved.

Contractor was friendly and helpful, quick and efficient.

The only thing I would say is that it was his first time to the building and luckily I was able to show him round, however he did not receive a building plan from you of where all our traps are placed, so had I not been around this would have been difficult for him to navigate

Great service, the problem was sorted out within 4 hours of my contacting the company, however, it was very expensive for a job that took no more than 5 minutes - £228 to have a rat removed from the toilet - I would have given 5 stars but the cost was too high.

Steven arrived early which was great and assessed the room and sprayed and dealt with the ant activity very quickly. He explained wha to do next and was very professional. Hopefully there will be no more ants!

I was relieved to get a visit on the same day I rang the company. Having mice in your home can be stressful when the traps do not work and you don't know what to do.
The visit was both reassuring and informative as the flat was thoroughly searched for evidence of mice and numerous trays laid down in the areas visited by the furry foes.
I feel so much better after the visit and I happily recommend this company if you have the same problem.

This company reprieved them selves.They initially wouldn’t return without payment despite the fact the infestation hadn’t been resolved. However after talking to customer services Paul came round and did the job properly. I am now wasp free.

Extremely impressed with the service and knowledge of the person who visited my home today. Understood the problem and immediately knew how to solve it with minimal fuss and disruption.

Contacted JG pest control after paying another company to sort my rat problem out but they never finished the job and just took the money.
Mike 2 came out the same day and he was fantastic. He looked all around my property, found the source of the problem and then put some bait stations in my loft. He explained everything in detail thoroughly to me. Couldn't of asked for more to be honest.

This company responds quickly when one makes contact with them and I also find them very approachable - they most definitely have good customer service qualities. Also their operative Aidan Orton who attended to carry out works at my property today gave sound advice which I really appreciated and he also did an excellent job.
