We have never used this company before and having called after 5pm we were offered an appointment the following morning. Chris arrived on time as promised and with his guidance and professional help and great knowledge put us all at peace, He didn't look to rush the job at hand and step by step showed us the best approach over the coming days and weeks. WELL DONE CHRIS !
I hope my experience will be similar when we have a 2nd visit arranged in 2 -3 weeks time.

Scott Loeber came to replenish rat poison trays in my garage
He was very polite and attentive. He replaced the trays with 2 bait boxes he said open trays should not have been left where other animals can access them. He checked everywhere he thought the rats might be accessing.
I felt reassured that the job had been done thoroughly.

Jason is a star, great service and great customer service.

Very quick response to my telephone call, A very nice guy called Brad sent someone out within a couple of hours to sort out a wasps nest. Hopefully it has cured the problem, would recommend.

On time and polite service

Arrived early, professional, thorough and explained what was needed and to be done.

Chris, was polite, well educated in his role, clean on-site, trustworthy and easy to communicate with.

I had a problem with moths and decided to call JG pest control. We went for the heat treatment not knowing anything about it at all. They told us what they did and then we booked an appointment and paid a deposit which is nonrefundable of £750. I was told at the time of the phone call someone would call me in the afternoon to give me further information. When someone called there was a lot of preparations we needed to make removing anything that would melt or anything that would explode including moving the television to the bathroom which they did offer to do for us.On further reflection, we decided as an elderly couple and one of us being disabled that this was too much for us to do. So I rang to cancel only to be reminded that the deposit is nonrefundable so we’ve lost £936 and no chance of getting it back. I’m really disappointed with the lack of understanding. I wish we had been told what preparations we would need to make before we booked as this would’ve changed our decision to book. So for anyone looking to book heat treatment, I would make sure you ask what preparations are necessary before you book! Its the easiest money they could make! £936 for doing nothing!

JG Pest control have been very efficient in resolving my rodent problem. All their staff have been very pleasant and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Chris arrived early and got straight on with the job of checking our loft to see if the mice we had up there had taken the bait left from the last 2 visits. The bait was replenished and another visit will be required. Chris provided good advice for me to pass onto my neighbour, too. A good visit.

Treatment for your fox issue for £300.00 + VAT is just waste of money. Do not order this pointless service.
