ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE

I like so many others did not receive 2 tops that I had bought 2 months ago - I wish I had done some research before ordering these as I would never have done so.

I ordered a cushion cover which arrived and they are saying that the tops have arrived too but they never did. I can't talk with anyone after trying to call their shop numerous times.

Be warned DON'T ORDER ANYTHING as you will lose your money.

Lukily I lost around $110 and no more....

After waiting a month for my order, I emailed ishka. I received some ramble about delays, with an offer of $10 off my next purchase over $30 (which I didn't use as Im not THAT stupid.). After that, no reply to further emails. As I had paid with Klarna, I was able to prove my case and eventually hot my money back. Ishka used to be so cute. It's such a shame it's turned into a scam site.

Ordered items several times only to have them 'unavailable' and given store credit. Am done. I want my money back as I have now used the store credit 3 times only to have the same thing happen every single time.

Don’t shop with these thieves. I tried to buy stuff on their web site over a year and a half ago and didn’t receive it. Had to chase up what was happening before finally getting a store credit. First tried to get my money back and then tried to use the store credit…..still nothing. Emailed again several times before getting another store credit. For 6 months I sent email before I got a response. Several times they said they would refund… ‘No problems, it’ll be 3-5 business day’. Nothing 8 months after the finally replied I’m still chasing. Emails, Facebook messages and comments and still nothing. They owe me $117.,, which is less than some people. Crooks and thieves.

I've reached out multiple times to find out either where my package is or what the expected wait time should be, and haven't heard anything back. The worst customer service. Anyone saying otherwise is likely lying

I ordered online over 9 weeks ago and have not received my order. The store will not respond to my emails or online chat on this matter. They are still selling the products I ordered in that size.
I loved their stores but will never by online with them again.

Terrible customer service, placed an order in August, have not heard a word from them, no confirmation order has been shipped,no tracking number, nothing at all, their helpline is always offline, they do not answer messages on Facebook messenger, they delete all comments on their Facebook posts, tried to phone but they were unable to take my call, will never purchase from them again.

disgraceful that you can't get a hold of them by phone or email..crooks! waiting 7!weeks for an order ...never again

I purchased items from last year but not all were delivered, these are the remaining orders listed below that I’ve been trying to follow up to this time because Christmas is here again. I wrote a several emails to them but they rejected my message. Is that how they treated there customer who is spending money on their online products. I thinks it’s not fare especially if you order a lot and spend almost over $293.00 and you only received the cheapest items on sale. I won’t recommend Ishka online shopping, and never to shop with their on sale products. They tried to cheat and get money from people with there on sale products.
These are the remaining items not delivered up to now which I’ve already paid. And trying to chase them.

Absolutely dreadful. Don't do it..no matter how good the sale.i received a jacket in wrong colour from China. I have sent 5 emails to obtain refund and return jacket....hearing crickets. .. can't rate low enough...

Order paid for in early July never arrived. Company eventually answered emails saying new owners but does not advise if goods will be delivered.

Never order from ishkas online store. It’s not worth it. Lack of communication, no confirmation email, no updates. Order placed over 7 weeks ago. Have lodged my complaint with the ACCC

I waited 2 months for my items to arrive when was informed it could take 6 weeks. I tried to call numerous times, I have sent emails and messages, not reply. Then when my items arrived the quality was awful and items didn't fit. I tried to send them back but it won't allow because it has took 2 months to recieved the goods and they only give you 14 days to return.

Another person who has paid for items and not been received. I have ended up needing to request Visa retrieve the funds and have lodged a complaint with ACCC, it appears they are currently under investigation for their numerous acts of fraud, and breaches of consumer law. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS and lodge your complaint with the ACCC.

MORE THAN A MONTH later and this company has not dispatched my order of two items. SCAM COMPANY THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY. They do not respond to phone calls or emails and there is no tracking information. I am wondering how many months I will have to wait to finally realise that this was probably not a good decision :(

5 weeks waiting on a product I purchased online. Have emaied and phone to enquire no reply.
Shocking customer service!

Their phone line is a complete joke. They don’t answer it and says that it’s not attended. They say press one I’ll get back to you you can’t press one because it doesn’t work. I’ve emailed them several times. They said they would speed up the shipment it didn’t happen. Tried messaging them on messenger didn’t get an answer. The services disgusting because there isn’t any! The behaviour is appalling. I want my money back and they won’t answer.

DO NOT SHOP AT ISHKA!

I bought several items, which took months to arrive. When they finally did, I wanted to return one item. Ishka approved my request for a refund and I sent the item back. After Ishka had received the item back, they sent me confirmation that I would receive a refund within 10 days. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received a refund.

Today I received notice that Ishka has been taken over by new owners who won’t honour refunds incurred by the previous owners. So these owners have both the item I returned as well as the money I paid for it.

That the new owners are starting off by ripping off existing customers tells you everything you need to know about how they plan to run this company.

STAY AWAY!

It used to be better. Support responds for a long time, does not own information. Badly.
