This is a disgusting company to order from. The advertised goods are not available & they take your money immediately & rarely answer questions about delivery. 5 weeks after ordering & I still don't have any goods. Why they haven't been shut down is beyond belief. I have to now cancel my mastercard & get them to get a refund for $186. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

How are they still in business

I have been emailing Ishka for over a month since requesting a refund of a velvet jacket that looked nothing like the image online. They email acknowledgments with promise of follow-up and nothing happens. They said they couldn't refund to a PO Box so I sent my residential address and nothing followed. I rang the Clayton store number, it rings out then disconnects. Beware if you are considering a purchase.

I ordered a $100 item over two months ago. I was told it wasn't available but it was suddenly on its way when I wanted a cash refund rather than the offered store credit. I am still waiting to be responded to, receive item or refund.
Ishka put you on hold and do not answer their phone, emails and the 'chat' service on their page goes offline before they have replied.
I will never buy from them again and will be making an official legal report in an effort to get my money back. Be warned!

Ordered a coat and they sent wrong product, still no refund even though they said within 10 days, over a month now and still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DREADFUL AND LIE ABOUT THE REFUND

I ordered $1000 worth of goods online - took a long time to arrive - one of the items hasn't turned up at all, no tracking information provided, I have followed up with customer service a number of times without clarification on where the item actually is. Will never shop online with Ishka ever again.

I used to love Ishka back in the day and bought many things there over the years. About 2 months ago I’ve ordered Japanese floor cushions from Ishkas online store. When the items finally arrived the disappointment was high. The cushions were very very small and thin , almost like a stuffed tea towel. Definitely nothing where you’d want to sit on . Strangely the sender wasn’t ishka it was a Chinese address, so definitely third party seller.
I tried to return those cushions and after ca 50 emails (never answered) , hundreds of calls to the store (never answered) , a chat on Facebook messenger (waited 30min for a response) , more emails … I finally got a return label. I thought I’d finally be over with this but turns out the post office or parcel collection stores wouldn’t take it as it was a dodgy return label !!! Today I drove 2 hours return to the store and demanded a refund . The lady on the desk seemed like she didn’t care and was quite rude.

Ishka appears to accept orders and money for items which it doesn't have in stock. When they tell you that they can't provide what you wanted, they have a third party send you a store credit (which they also call a "gift voucher"). Meanwhile, you are taunted by the product you wanted and still want that is apparently not available but still keeps showing up on their website as being able to be ordered. After several emails and mentioning the Australian Consumer Law to them, I've finally received an email saying they will give me a refund instead of the store credit (I don't have the money yet though). Don't even try phoning them - it's a joke. You can only contact them by email and 90% of the time, they might just ignore you - probably hoping you'll give up.

Ordered in November 2022 without a delivery from them been contacting them for over 7 months now for a refund without success they do not honour their AFTERPAY agreement and come up with consent excuses

On the 5th of May 2023 I ordered a 'Boho Style Non-slip Floor Carpet' from Ishka for a total of $59.60. After 30 business days had passed, I reached out and was assured that it was on the way from the manufacturer. This week I got a notification from Australia Post saying I had a parcel coming from 'UCL CO LTD', which I didn't recognise. When I checked online, this was the parent company for AliExpress, a company based in China that sells cheap homewares. I only made the connection when the rug arrived—a cheap, flimsy, lightweight item—that had UCL CO LTD on the returns label (5th July 2023, so two months later). I was then able to locate the rug, with the same preview image and everything, on AliExpress under the name 'Purple Mandala Round Carpet Anti-slip Bathroom Mats Kids Room Mat Round Rug Bedroom Rugs Living Room Rug Ethnic Style Home Decor' for the price of $26.21. This means that ISHKA's claim that the rug is 'an ISHKA World Marketplace Online Exclusive Item!' is quite false, and furthermore that ISHKA are claiming exclusivity to items that they are purchasing from AliExpress and then onselling at a profit. I find this behaviour deplorable and am extremely furious. I have written to them requesting a refund, and if it isn't made immediately I will be escalating this to Consumer Affairs. This is shameful behaviour from a company I once loved.

They advertise false sales that they don't have stock for and will cancel all or part of your order and then give you a coupon code that doesn't even include all of the cancelled items.
If you ask for a refund they ignore you. If you try to use that coupon they just cancel your order again and give you partial store credit again that you still can't use.

This company is disgraceful.

Ordered some items for a total of about $1200 in December 2022. After months and months of arguing back and forth with Ishka, I finally have my money back as of April 2023 and only because I submitted a dispute for fraud through my bank. NO ITEMS WERE EVER SENT.
They kept telling me they'd give me a store credit. I told them I didn't want a store credit, I just wanted my money back.
It took several months through my bank's fraud team to get my money back. I will never ever order anything from Ishka again, and I wish I'd seen the reviews of others before ordering all those months ago. DO. NOT. DO IT.

Ordered Jewellrey October 2022 not received. Ishka eventually sent credit note in May 2023. Did not want credit note wanted refund. They say they will refund but never have . Now in contact with consumer affairs . Poor service take ur money and don’t deliver or refund will not order again

Used this company twice excellent service,the fitters Brian and Liam were very good but I already new they would do a great job as they Had done the previous job for me, I would highly recommend Ishka kitchen and bathroom

Terrible service. Tried to purchase a birthday gift with 3 months delivery time, item never turned up.
I was offered a credit note, which I didn't want. I asked for a refund, but never got a reply.

After months I gave up trying to get a refund. Tried to order other items, but they too haven't turned up, it's been 3 months. I ordered things I don't really want simply to try and recover something.

They take your money, then you're lucky if any of the items turn up. When asking for a refund, nobody replies.

I ordrered a t-shirt, waited 6 weeks and then was told it is not available. Ishka offered store credit plus $10 off next purchase. I used these to order another t-shirt. Waited 6 weeks and then was told it was not available. I asked for a refund. No reply. I used the online chat function to ask for a refund. It said they would contact the finance dept. Didn't hear anything. I sent an email asking for a refund. No reply. Both of the items I ordered are still on the website. This company is hopeless. I will never order again and I would advise people to never order from the.

They didn't have the advertised product and instead of providing a refund (as required by consumer law) they gave me store credit. Store credit is useless to me if they don't have the item I want. They never replied to emails requesting a refund. Had to do a recall of the funds through my bank because Ishka ignored all attempts to resolve the issue.

Two Products never came and I emailed five times about an estimated delivery date after a few months. No replies ever came. I ended up going into a warehouse/store to get my refund - no explanation was given just an apology.
Will not buy online again.

Horrible DO NOT BUY FROM ISHKA you will not receive your items or the refund when requested!
