The worst retailer. I ordered a Christmas gift online on November 25 and here we are on Christmas Eve and it hasn’t arrived. Countless emails have been sent only to receive an automated response days later telling me nothing. This is nothing short of theft and will be elevated to the ACCC

Did not turn up, said 6 weeks but after 8 I contacted them
They claim lost by courier and that the courier notified them a month ago but wanted me to call an international number to confirm. (They didnt notify me) Repetitively requested refund. Ignored.
Threatened legal action then told refund queued but they would not give details of when just soon. Did not confirm my details. Reported as a scam to bank who instantly offered refund

I agree with the MANY negative comments on here. NEVER order anything from this company. I ordered an item in July 2023, which never came and then got a SORRY note for $10 to order with a credit from my previous order. I'm still waiting, its been over 6 weeks since my second try at ordering. I have sent many emails and rung many times with NO response. The phones are never answered.

You have never replied to me but you have taken all my money for ages now! You are stealing from us .. because I am not the only one facing issues with your business! you guys are untrustworthy and theft ! this is absolutely outrageous

My order # ISH271040 dated 27/11/23 was paid by $49.00 but to my dissapointment NO STOCK supplied and despite my 12 email reminders/.....absolutely NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND.
This has happened with me in the last 14 months 4 times!!
so fed up will report to ACCC as this company .DO NOT BUY FROM ISHKA

After 35 reminders just one email from Ishka "forcing me to get store credit instead of FULL $49.00 refund!!!
How can anyone do business with such company who has no business ethics, no stock to supply and they do not refund money!!!
Seriously ACCC should investigate this business as it is BAD KARMA

No communication, you cannot speak to anybody, nobody answers the phone, if they reply to your email they dont' answer the question - All i want to know is Where is my purchase, i have sent 3 emails with no relevant information

8 weeks later and still don't know if i am going to receive my item - buyer beware !!!

I love Ishka however having to wait 6 weeks for your online order to arrive is madness.
Sorry Ishka but unless you get with the times and sort out your 1980's delivery speed I won't be ordering from you online again.

I've posted previously. I ordered in August 2022! After many months of emails to ISHKA, with NO response, I finally received an email stating how sorry they were and that I could reorder...I'm still waiting ISHKA. I've sent MANY emails to them and have received no response. Give me my money back ISHKA! How much money are you making just doing this? You are nothing but common thieves. I have now unsubscribed, because just seeing their emails makes my blood boil, I sincerely hope you receive the Karma you deserve.

On October 19th I ordered$140.00 approx of items to date I have heard nothing no tracking number only an email apologising and asking me to be patient : I have been offered $10 for inconvience , that is not what I want . These 3 items are xmas gifts I thought ordering earlie would give them plenty of time What a joke . My money was taken quickly hope my refund will be just as quick Never trade with this co as customer care is non existent

If I could give a negative star I would. The whole process of dealing with these buffoon's was unbelievable. Firstly being told up to 6 weeks for an online purchase, to delivery actually being over 8 weeks. Very poor correspondence and when I emailed after 7 weeks how much longer, they offered a 10% discount on my next purchase (which I will never use because I will never buy anything again from them), explaining there supplier would be sending the goods direct, WOW.Be aware of dealing with this company, dealing with these people has been the worst online experience I have ever had.

Ordered a top online on 1st Oct. It was on sale and there was no mention of product not being in stock. After paying, they notified me it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. At 7 weeks, I emailed requesting a refund. I was told they haven't heard from the supplier overseas in quite some time and have contacted them to request priority shipping on my order. I confirmed I request a refund but they won't give me one, as I haven't received the order yet! You read that right! I have to wait to receive my order, then return it, if I decide I "have a change of heart".
Absolutely shocking! 8.5 weeks, they still have my money and I still don't have shipping info let alone my order! Ishka certainly isn't the store they used to be. Shame on you Ishka for stealing my money!!!!
EDIT: Still no shipping info. Suggest you take the time to submit a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs. They're friendly, helpful and will log details to keep track of what Ishka are doing.
Update: Well, well, well.... after almost half a year and consistently following up via email, I finally received my refund. What a disgusting experience it has been overall. They still have the nerve to think I'll spend money with them by emailing and texting 'offers'! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Never giving them any amount of my hard earned money again!

If I could give Ishka a zero star rating I would. Horrible cheap products, terrible customer service and long delivery times (even though paid for express shipping).
Bought earrings, and two out of three fell apart without even wearing them! Another set never arrived and after several attempts to contact Ishka "customer sevice" (if you can call it that), they eventually said it wasn't sent and they'll investigate. Still waiting on a response.
No refunds or returns would be given to any of the shoddy items bought. So thanks for nothing.

I am trying to return a product that is nothing like the on line product. I am still waiting for ‘approval’ to do this . I have emailed them, called their store several times and have never had a callback as promised. I have also opened up chat but still no response. It is very disappointing and very frustrating. I have shopped with them for some years but they obviously do not care. All I want is a response from them !!!

Scammers who take your money, do not supply goods, promise a refund and then all Customer service disappear. No phones are answers , no emails responded to. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I was promised a refund and will not recommend this company until they refund.

On 29th September 2023 I made a purchase from Ishka online for the amount of $715.72. I received an email the next day advising me that they had received my order and I would be sent an email once my purchase was ready to be delivered. That was the last communication I have had. More recently I decided to follow up on the order, hoping that it might arrive before Christmas and I have been met with dead silence. Three emails from me have been ignored. The online help desk does not work. There is one phone number with options to press to speak to someone but you are told that they can't take your call and will ring you back if you press 1 and unsurprisingly, they don't call you back. As an exercise I called the ishka number and went through all the options. Not one was able to take my call and there was no call back.
Now, I am a reasonable person and understand that deliveries take time, but the complete lack of keeping the customer updated regarding a purchase that they have ordered, and paid for in full, is disgraceful.
Why is Ishka taking orders and accepting payment for goods they are unable to supply? I class that as deception. If you can't supply the goods then you say they are out of stock! I am fairly sure that I have lost my money and doubt that my order will ever arrive. In my opinion there is something very untoward happening here and this company should be investigated. If you do a search regarding complaints you will find that in this year alone, there have been more complaints against Ishka made to FairTrade than there have been against QANTAS! To finish I am now going to call my bank and PayPal to see if there is any way I can recoup some of my money. I give Ishka negative stars and advise people to avoid dealing with them. They are scammers.

I ordered a blue mat online, but when I changed the size it came up with a brown mat. Confused, I emailed Ishka to confim. No reply. Weeks later, the brown one turns up. I contact them and they tell me I changed my mind! There is a total lack of communication with their customers and I wont be shopping there again.

Ishka was my favourite store for decades until I did a huge online order which was never delivered, and after several emails pleading with them, they compensated by credit note for only half my order!
So now I have a credit note that I do not wish to use on their website because delivery and click & collect never seem to work for me!
I hope this business runs into the ground, deep, deep

I wrote a review the other day after waiting 3 months for my order.
Voila! my order arrived today but what was supposed to be an ankle length velvet coat, is a flimsy bit of fabric and is above the knee velvet coat.
Definitely not what was and still is pictured on the ISHKA website.
I could have bought an above the knee flimsy velvet coat anywhere.
I specifically chose and purchased this one because of the associated picture and the description.
I should be grateful I received anything I guess.
Ps; all the clasps to close the coat fell off.

BTW, ISHKA HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY A COMPANY NAMED ANAHATA GLOBAL Pty Ltd as of August 2023.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Received a faulty item and tried contacting them online 31/10/2023. It’s now 7/11/2023 and I haven’t resolved my issue. They did respond to the online chat yesterday, while I was at work, however that was days after I initiated response, and there was no email to alert me to this. Am I meant to keep the chat screen open for days upon days?

I have tried calling, and the automated message says they “cannot take the call” .. not sure why, but I’ve pressed 1 to receive a call back. Let’s see how long that takes.

Get your act together Ishka, you’re located in Victoria and being located in Australia, I expect better quality customer service. Absolutely dismal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I haven’t received my goods for 3 months and have consistently asked for a refund with only the same cut and paste response each time. You cannot phone them for support. I am out over $150 that I will most likely never see again. Never in my life have I had worse customer service.
