Maratib was fantastic! I got in touch with him on behalf of my sister, who had an issue with her screen and couldn't use her phone.
Maratib swiftly responded to my query and arranged a meeting within an hour. It took him 25 minutes and my sisters phone was good as new! He was very patient, explained his process whilst repairing the phone advised on ensuring the issue doesn't happen again. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough!

The turnaround time and communication…
The turnaround time and communication was great. However, my screen was not placed properly and only noticed after removing the elastic bands after 24 hours. The front camera is affected and the screen is weak and cracks on it's own because of the placement.

Don’t Turn Up and Don’t Keep to Their Promise!
What a joke! They called me on Sunday morning and said they’d be with me early to mid-evening. Great. But instead I got a text apologising for the no-show and would tomorrow be okay. I texted back to say it would be okay, and could they give me a time. It’s now 09:05 on Monday 15/7/24, and there’s been absolutely NO communication from this shower at all! I wouldn’t rely on them; not only do they not show up at the appointed hour, but they can’t even be bothered to put things right when it happens. I’ll now have to go elsewhere. Beware an outfit with forked tongues!

Very knowledgeable iPad, iPhone and Mac engineer who does home visits
I dropped my iPad yesterday afternoon and it broke. I found IRepairMan on duck duck go and checked his rating with TrustPilot.  I filled out the form and got an email back within an hour. We discussed the issue. I paid by bank transfer and next day Mr Ali cams and fixed it quickly. He was very pleasant and meticulous. I will use him again any time I have a problem with phone or Mac.

100% recommend! Called and had my cracked iphone screen replaced same day. Incredible, professional service. The replacement screen seems better than the original Apple one, it almost feels like I’m wearing glasses when I’m not. Brilliant!

Do not use - service disgraceful
Initial issue was the quality of the screen used to repair my phone. Was not brand new as expected and was installed with scratches/marks.
Went on holiday after this repair (issue of the screen quality still pending resolution) and my phone casing melted away from the handset. The seal had not been replaced correctly - resulting in my phone battery expanding and a few minutes later my phone switched off and never turned back on. I had to purchase a new phone whilst on holiday and lost all my photos/data. Email sent to the company informing them of this - no responsibility taken. Only £34.99 offered to resolve the initial faulty screen installed. Do not use this service.
Response received from company- claim that they are not at fault and they are confident in their "quality" products used. Do not recommend.
