I took my Acer laptop to Gadget Clinic due to a battery issue and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sara provided outstanding customer service — she was attentive, professional, and efficient from the first contact, through the diagnosis, and all the way to delivering my laptop fully repaired.

The service was quick, reasonably priced, and of very high quality. I’m truly grateful for the care and efficiency I received. Highly recommend!

Brilliant, speedy service. Took my phone in at 16.30 with a bulging screen and by 10.40 the following morning it was ready for collection. Diagnostic check and faulty Battery replaced for £75. Very happy. Friendly efficient staff too. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and reliable service, plus value for money

I am a regular customer or Gadget Clinic. My laptop was damaged with liquid. A loan laptop was arranged and the laptop was repaired. I was not happy with the repair quote and a client friendly outcome was provided. They have went above and beyond to provide a good customer experience and I will certainly visit in future for any of my gadget repair needs.

I would highly recommend Gadget Clinic. I walked into the shop yesterday with a phone screen that had multiple cracks, and the keys were not functioning properly. They repaired it in under an hour! The service was fast, professional, and efficient. My phone is now working perfectly again. Thank you so much!

I cannot fault them, they couldn't have been more helpful.I was treated with kindness patience and respect when I and my husband ( who has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia) got locked out of our phones. I would recommend Gadget Clinic to anyone without hesitation.

iPhone battery replacement.
I was very happy with the service I received. I needed a new battery, and they replaced it within an hour.

Request discussed was not carried out and the technician was quite hostile when I brought it up.

They were very helpful and empathetic. I had an exam online and my laptop stopped working. They fixed very quickly and prioritised the job because of my circumstances. Highly recommend the service. Very happy with the result!!!

Friendly, helpful and knowlegable staff. We went there this week to fix a cracked camera lens on my son's iphone 13 and this was done well with no fuss. Previously, used Gadget Clinic to sort my son's Gaming computer. They gave us good advice and a reasonably-priced fix. The computer is still working well 2 years later (though needed to be upgraded due to Windows 11 - thanks Microsoft)
