iPad 2021 model, power button sunk in after a drop. Call and collected the same day. Marty collected the tablet from home, no reference given, a bit scary. 2 days later tablet came back with lots rubber bands holding the screen and some glue at the side of the edge of the screen. Paid via credit card with on the go chip and pin machine.
After a quick clean, all working in great condition. Outstanding job.
I would recommend the service, communication can be slow to come as they must be busy, overall I would use again.
