I've had my necklace a little over a year and it's still working fine, except that the problem "dropping off" the wifi is real. I contacted customer service and their advice did cut down on the frequency of the drop offs but didn't eliminate them. I still need to check to make sure it's connected every time I leave the house to make sure the service will be there if I need it.

This is a monthly subscription, please know this before buying. I was under the impression that once you buy the product, you can use the free version on the app without all the fancy features, And The premium subscription was for all the fancy features (ADT service 24/7, tracking etc) that I don’t need). I tried to canceled the subscription. But they won’t, stating you need the premium subscription in order to use the product. If that’s the case, they need to make it clear on their website. very misleading. Customer service is horrible.takes forever to reply back.

Horrible customer service considering that they are selling emergency safety devices. You have to email them and hope for a call back 24 hours later, by then you are dead!!!save your money and call 911 in an emergency, at least you know someone will answer!!!

I love how you wouldn’t be able to tell this is a life saving device. It’s so beautiful and I hardly even notice I’m wearing it!
I feel more comfortable to go walk my dog at night, knowing I’m wearing this amazing bracelet, that could potentially help save my life. I’m 18 and may be leaving home for college (after COVID) and my Mom wanted to me to feel safe and give her piece of mind.

This is a high priced piece of junk. Its will not keep you connected. To many issues to keep it from disconnecting. So you really don't know if its going to help when you need it. I would not want you to be as disappointed as I and many are.
Keep in mind you have 30days to return. Beware it disconnects from service a little after the return by date!!!!!!!!!

I purchased their keychain option which is just as beautiful as the rest of their jewelry and I now live with a great amount of peace of mind. You can't put a price on that in my opinion! But regardless, invisaWear jewelry is priced perfectly for all that they offer. I have done my research on products like it and I couldn't find anyone that has EVERYTHING invisaWear has to offer but are all priced about the same if not more.
I highly, highly recommend invisaWear to all women! If you're ever attacked in any way, mugged, or even something like in a car accident in a remote area, invisaWear sends your exact GPS location and distress call to 911 and your 5 chosen contacts if you ever double click your jewelry for help.
