I bought because for my daughter's safety and ease of mind. But I was mistaken, I emailed them for a full refund but they wont accept the keychain I bought with pepper spray, they said pepper spray are not allowed to be mailed back, why did you guys ship it to me then if it's against the law??? I would like money back, the app has to be open all the time in able this scam alert thing to work.

PURCHASED TWO INVISAWEAR BRACELETS. NOT SAFE BOTH CAME OUT OF THE CASING!! I purchased two bracelets one for a friend that had a history of falling. I was careful with the bracelet and handled it with care. I returned the first one within the warranty period as it came out of the metal casing. The same thing happened with the second one but customer service refused to replace stating it was out of the one year warranty period. I took a photo & showed them how it came out of the casing again. They kept focusing on the life of the battery. This is a mechanical issue not a battery issue. You cannot use the emergency bracelet if the device is missing from its casing. Not worth the price when there is a real safety issue. I hope they can fix the issue for the next customer's safety.

Having the invisaWear product gives me a senses of security, becuase it is advertised as easy to use and gives a quick response in emergencies. It is my hope that I never need to use it, although I feel prepared if I need to.

My bff is a realtor, a responsible, friendly lady. This bracelet with charm was a Mother’s Day gift for her. She loves it and wears it every day with similar bracelets she already had. I hope to heaven she never needs to use it but we are both grateful that InvisaWear created it

We bought this as a gift for our 91 year old grandma after she experienced a scary fall. The bracelet looked beautiful and the packaging was nice. The bracelet was hard for her to put on and take off herself. This is important because she lives alone and you can’t get the bracelet wet.
We tried setting up the bracelet and pairing it with her phone. We added the contacts and it came time to press the test button. No one received the test texts. We waited and tried again, nothing. We followed the directions and tried to pair again, the bracelet was unresponsive. We went back to the instructions hoping to find a number to call to resolve the connection issue, but customer service is through email. They emailed me back the next day with a few days and times we could talk over the phone.
We knew at that point the bracelet was not going to be a great fit. I would suggest adding a hotline for customers to be able to call for assistance setting up the bracelet. We live more than an hour away and we’re really hoping to speak to someone that day when we had time to connect it. Having the service call days after where we don’t have her cell phone was really inconvenient. I am still giving four stars because when I reached out through email it was easy to request a refund and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops. They also refunded me my shipping and handling which was really kind. I wish this product would have worked out for us. It really is such a great idea. I think that it is just targeted for those who are more tech savvy even though it looks simple to set up.

Works really well and is fun to wear since it looks like jewelry.
Just a suggestion - I know your target market is young woman but I’m in my 70’s and live alone so that’s why I have one … I think if you had a masculine looking band to hold a charm you could target older men who live alone.

The necklace was really uncomfortable and I was constantly worried that I was going to push the button by accident. Also, I didn't realize when I got it that it only works if the app is running. Not really helpful if it's going to drain your phone battery but also ONLY works if your phone is on. I ended up only wearing it twice then never wore it again.

This actually is a replacement for the bracelet. I found that style annoying so I hardly used it. I now have the locket and it is only off when I shower

Item must be connected via Bluetooth to your phone -always-. Never close app. If your phone is out of service, you are out of luck. Was going to use it for my little niece, but after finding out about the above mentioned, it is totally useless. Better look for a company similar to the “I’ve fallen and can’t get up” company commercial.

I have bought 3 different necklaces none of them work I work as a in home pediatric therapist. I have health issues. None of them work at first one worked for a week but then started calling the police every 20 min. Im not satisfied I have tried to email the company as there is no phone number …. I will find another device I guess as Invisiwear does not care if im a customer.

Potential customers need to realize that a first year "subscription" that is given to you will last a lifetime. Promotions are good, but one must always realize that you may be signing up for a $200+interest charge for the rest of your life and it will take an act of god to get out of it.
