Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Reminder emails are very helpful regarding battery replacement as well. Great product! I feel better knowing my daughter has an extra layer of protection with her at all times. Thank you Invisawear!

I bought because for my daughter's safety and ease of mind. But I was mistaken, I emailed them for a full refund but they wont accept the keychain I bought with pepper spray, they said pepper spray are not allowed to be mailed back, why did you guys ship it to me then if it's against the law??? I would like money back, the app has to be open all the time in able this scam alert thing to work.

Thanks for checking back in with us. As stated in an email to you on 12/28 we are happy to accept your return as long as it is sent back to us within our return policy. However, we are not allowed to accept pepper spray. Due to regulations, states with shipping restrictions on pepper spray: AR, CA, HI, MA, NJ, NY, WI. In order for your phone to recognize the Bluetooth signal sent from the invisaWear app, the app has to be running on your phone (doesn't need to be on the screen, just running in the background) so please don't force close out of it. Please reply back to the email on when you send your device back to us without the pepper spray. We will keep an eye out for your email. Thank you.

Quick response when I wanted to return an item that was too blingy for my elderly mother . Refunded quickly after return item received . Great customer service . Would buy form them when the item I want is back in stock .

NOT SAFE!! CAME OUT OF METAL CASING 2X!!

PURCHASED TWO INVISAWEAR BRACELETS. NOT SAFE BOTH CAME OUT OF THE CASING!! I purchased two bracelets one for a friend that had a history of falling. I was careful with the bracelet and handled it with care. I returned the first one within the warranty period as it came out of the metal casing. The same thing happened with the second one but customer service refused to replace stating it was out of the one year warranty period. I took a photo & showed them how it came out of the casing again. They kept focusing on the life of the battery. This is a mechanical issue not a battery issue. You cannot use the emergency bracelet if the device is missing from its casing. Not worth the price when there is a real safety issue. I hope they can fix the issue for the next customer's safety.

Having the invisaWear product gives me the ability to be proactive in case of emergencies.

Having the invisaWear product gives me a senses of security, becuase it is advertised as easy to use and gives a quick response in emergencies. It is my hope that I never need to use it, although I feel prepared if I need to.

Nice concept, but did not work for us. Great customer service.

We bought this as a gift for our 91 year old grandma after she experienced a scary fall. The bracelet looked beautiful and the packaging was nice. The bracelet was hard for her to put on and take off herself. This is important because she lives alone and you can’t get the bracelet wet.
We tried setting up the bracelet and pairing it with her phone. We added the contacts and it came time to press the test button. No one received the test texts. We waited and tried again, nothing. We followed the directions and tried to pair again, the bracelet was unresponsive. We went back to the instructions hoping to find a number to call to resolve the connection issue, but customer service is through email. They emailed me back the next day with a few days and times we could talk over the phone.
We knew at that point the bracelet was not going to be a great fit. I would suggest adding a hotline for customers to be able to call for assistance setting up the bracelet. We live more than an hour away and we’re really hoping to speak to someone that day when we had time to connect it. Having the service call days after where we don’t have her cell phone was really inconvenient. I am still giving four stars because when I reached out through email it was easy to request a refund and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops. They also refunded me my shipping and handling which was really kind. I wish this product would have worked out for us. It really is such a great idea. I think that it is just targeted for those who are more tech savvy even though it looks simple to set up.

We have expertise knowledge of our products and do not want our customer calls going to a third party call center where they might not understand the need of our clients or know how to troubleshoot. We wish we were able to troubleshoot with you before you returned the item.

Great gift!!!

Works really well and is fun to wear since it looks like jewelry.
Just a suggestion - I know your target market is young woman but I’m in my 70’s and live alone so that’s why I have one … I think if you had a masculine looking band to hold a charm you could target older men who live alone.

Only good in theory

The necklace was really uncomfortable and I was constantly worried that I was going to push the button by accident. Also, I didn't realize when I got it that it only works if the app is running. Not really helpful if it's going to drain your phone battery but also ONLY works if your phone is on. I ended up only wearing it twice then never wore it again.

The product is designed to optimize the battery life for both your phone and the device. They are only ever connected when you double press your invisaWear. This way it doesn't drain your phone's battery unlike many other personal safety devices! The invisaWear app does need to always running in the background of your phone, however it does not significantly drain your phone battery. Typically we see it uses less than 1% of your phone's battery life over a 7 day window.

Item must be connected via Bluetooth to your phone -always-. Never close app. If your phone is out of service, you are out of luck. Was going to use it for my little niece, but after finding out about the above mentioned, it is totally useless. Better look for a company similar to the “I’ve fallen and can’t get up” company commercial.

The invisaWear charm contains hidden technology. The charm uses a Bluetooth connection with a paired compatible smartphone that can be up-to 30 feet away. Depending on the phone, the range can be much farther. Upon double pressing your charm, an alert would be sent out to your emergency contacts letting them know that you need help and are in an emergency situation. It shares your live GPS location and it can also optionally contact 9-1-1.

In order for your phone to recognize the Bluetooth signal sent from the invisaWear app, the app has to be running on your phone (doesn't need to be on the screen, just running in the background) so please don't force close out of it.

Our other safety features on the app are video streaming, voice activation, sos chat, and safety timer. As a bonus, we also offer free self-defense classes once a quarter!

This is complete garbage

I have bought 3 different necklaces none of them work I work as a in home pediatric therapist. I have health issues. None of them work at first one worked for a week but then started calling the police every 20 min. Im not satisfied I have tried to email the company as there is no phone number …. I will find another device I guess as Invisiwear does not care if im a customer.

Potential customers need to realize that a first year "subscription" that is given to you will last a lifetime. Promotions are good, but one must always realize that you may be signing up for a $200+interest charge for the rest of your life and it will take an act of god to get out of it.
