I purchased this for my mom for…

I purchased this for my mom for Christmas and have questions and need help I have emailed three times and have requested a phone call I have yet to hear back I’m extremely disappointed and at this point it’s a big waste of money . I will update the review if and when I get a call back with help on setting this up !

Not as advertised

Started charging me even though I didn’t sign up for that part. Called 911 even though I didn’t sign up for that. Waste of money.

We're so sorry for any confusion. A subscription is required to use the device (as stated on all the product pages and the checkout page).

The subscription covers the cost we have to incur to have a live agent available 24/7 to alert your emergency contacts if an emergency does arise.

The agent can also optionally notify police if you have that mode enabled in the app. Additionally, our subscription offers features like video streaming, voice activation, chat, and activity tracking. As a bonus, we also offer free self-defense classes once a quarter!

The set up was not older person friendly, my 32 year old granddaughter did it for me. She said this also.

I love InvisaWear

I love InvisaWear. It gives me a true feeling of safety. Being able to get help at the (double) click of a button. My only issue was that you only had a few pendants to choose from. I now see that some new pendants have been added, but a little out of my comfort zone for cost.

MUST HAVE!!

Having this necklace gives me such peace of mind. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have it. Luckily I have never needed to use it but on accident I did set it off one time and it immediately went into action and I was connected to someone right away (thank goodness I saw my phone going off). The lady was so sweet and triple checked to make sure I was okay and that I was not just saying I was okay. LOVE this product!!!

We are so glad you love your Invisawear! A rapid double button press is required in order to initiate an alert. Additionally, the button actuation point is designed so that a substantial amount of pressure is required to press the button. In the very rare case that you do accidentally activate an alert, that’s okay! Simply open your companion app within 15 seconds and enter your pin to cancel the alert. If you can’t cancel the alert in time, an ADT agent will call or text you to verify if you are in need of assistance. You still have the option to cancel by answering the call/text and verifying your secure PIN to the ADT agent.

We hope you are never in an emergency situation! However knowing help is available 24/7 if needed with just 2 clicks of your charm is a life saver.

I would be happy if my necklace were waterproof. More seniors fall in the shower or tub. Just food for thought.

The invisaWear charm is sweat and weather resistant, so it should be fine if you get caught in the rain or if you're sweating from working out. We do not advise wearing it in the shower or submerging it in water. We are currently creating a waterproof edition, however we do not have a release date just yet.

Be careful when getting this..

The packaging was amazing! The advertising was false to be honest, they would say you can call an agent live and all the other features that REQUIRED a subscription to it and it was already expensive.. I saw the ads on YouTube and all she advertised was the features with a subscription so it kinda tricked me into buying it. I'm in highschool and thought it would be useful but I never use it and after I bought it there was a sale.. like-

Invisawear is a great way to keep students safe while away from home and anywhere else. InvisaWear works with a connected smart phone that’s within 30 ft. If your phone is out of battery then unfortunately the system won't work since the alert is being sent from the phone. However if it's on 1% there's still a chance the alert could be sent. Complacent and subpar customer service

No one has gotten back to me with any kind of help minus sending the same troubleshoot that hasn’t worked. They have zero follow up. It sucks because no one else has this service and I feel like I have to put up with bad customer service so I can keep my loved ones safe.

Drink prevention scrunchie

After seeing the scrunchie on shark tank I ordered one for my granddaughter and I was surprised how fast it arrived, probably 3 days. Then looking around on the website I was not aware of the other items you had. The bracelets and necklaces and things ,showed them to my daughter and she's probably going to be ordering one of them Also, great idea! In this day and age especially you should sell millions

This is my second InvisaWear and it is terrific. Every other “ i’ve fallen and can’t get up” device has a monthly fee and is not attractive. InvisaWear is a piece of jewelry and functions as protection.
