Superb service, carried the parts nobody else in the town did and fixed way before EVERY other business offered to! AND CHEAPER! I am really chuffed as it meant I could get on with important things and not have to wait a weekend for parts etc. Thanks guys!

Brilliant. Sent my iPad to Icrash to fix the screen after I dropped it on tiled floor. Cheaper than any other quotes given and really quick turnaround. Very happy. I shall definitely be using these in the future

Very good service very nice polite staff I took a phone in with a badly cracked screen I did think it would be impossible to repair but the man done it in within half hour and gave me a free screen protector but I was mistaken i thought the man said £8 then when i looked at my bank it was £80 !!!! Still a good job done but most probably wouldn't have had it done at that price would have got a new phone.

I’ve been having issues with the battery performance of my iPhone 8 for quite a long time now, and I couldn’t find anyone who could do iPhone 8s anymore, so when I found out iCrack could I went there, and they successfully helped me. The staff in there were great, the price was incredibly good, I didn’t have to wait long and now my phone works perfectly fine!

I feel that iCrack is definitely underrated and I personally would recommend them to anyone with phone performance issues, as they do other phone types as well such as Samsung, and they sell phone cases and other technology as well. 10/10 in my opinion!

I recently visited the Nottingham store to see if my iPhone 5 could be repaired after significant water damage two years ago. I didn't have much hope as I hadn't been able to turn the phone on since the incident and no one had been able to help me. The chap in the store was super helpful, explaining the options and also setting my expectations which I appreciated. The phone had to be sent elsewhere for repair which I was advised would take two weeks - I received a text within a couple of days to say the phone had been repaired!! I am stunned and overjoyed!! Even if the phone was unrepairable, I would still highly recommend this store - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and very reasonably priced. Huge amount of thanks from me, your service is really much appreciated!

It was the 6th shop where I looked for a case for my fairly old mobile phone - they didn't sell it in any of those 5 stores - and I found it there. Thank you iCrack team for helping me :)

They made my day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had the best quality casing and screen protector for my phone, at a discounted rate. They just showed me there were still good people in the world which in turn made my day.

I had cracked the glass of my iphone but been using it with a cracked glass for around 4-5 months with no problems. Saw iCrack had opened in Worthing so took my phone in for a new glass. At first the home button would not work at all so I took it back. Second attempt the proximity sensor was damaged and the audio chip failed so no one could hear me when using the phone. Ended up having to go to Brighton to buy a new iPhone.

My ipad pro could not charge. Apple said it was not possible to fix as parts not available to them. Said to buy new version. Went to iCrack in Bath and they took only 20minutes to fix problem by quick service maintenance. Brilliant and nice guys too. Thanks.

After having my iPhone trodden on and smashed i was in Southampton for a short break and came across this shop. I thought it’s worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised.
After 45 minutes my phone had a band new screen. I was very happy. Fast, efficient, and great value for money. Highly recommended.
