I had to come back here a couple times as I had some trouble with my SIM card. The people who served me were very friendly, patient, and helpful, and they didn’t charge me on two occasions when helping with my SIM card. They are very nice people would recommend. Thank you!

Unimpressed. Ripped Off. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, however we were ripped off. Was in Devon on holiday. Needed a new screen for IPhone 13 Promax. Ordered a replacement that wasn't a genuine apple screen which we were ok with. Then was called a bit later to say oh yeah we can get an apple original screen for you but was more money. Said yes, paid the extra money. Screen was installed. Got it back. Screen much darker, definitely not original product. When we realised, we rang several times. Got told we need to speak to the manager. Conveniently he was never there and as we lived 4 hrs away,we were stuffed. Our local Icrack store were uninterested and unhelpful.

And then you have the temerity to call me a liar. Say fake review. Your shop ripped us off. Pure and simple. I called Icrack at the shop and the
main number and neither were interested. The main number said I need to deal with the store. The store said speak to the manager, who conveniently was never there. Con men. Pure and simple. But I will email the receipt and pictures. But won't get anywhere. Been trying forever a year and no one is bothered. You have had our money so don't give a xxxx. Read other reviews on Icrack. Many say the same.

Complete conmen had to take my phone three times back to the shop for cheap Fawlty screen they put on it which in between I think they stole my iPhone battery and put a garbage one in do not trust these people they are literally stealing money

iPhone had frozen and the guys in Paros store fixed it in seconds.

Great customer service at Dorchester by Zahid. Ordered the correct screen for my Samsung, and it was fitted and repaired within 5 days.
Zahid is a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff and I would highly recommend him and his shop on South Street

paid for and mailed in an iPod touch for a battery replacement. received it back a few days later with no noticeable improvement to the battery performance and without the old battery as proof that the battery had been changed. so they had obviously not bothered to change it as promised.
Emailed iCrack for an explanation and to
request they try again. Still not heard back from them

Employees were respectful, but however the prices here are extortionate!! Was the niceness of the staff only to cover up the unrealistic price i was charged? Screen protector for £12!!! Beyond a joke.

The staff were really helpful and answered all my questions. They even charged up my phone for me whilst sorting my laptop. Very accommodating, good prices!

THIS IS NOT FAKE DESPITE THEIR REPLY - Replaced my phone screen with a faulty one that didn’t work for £90. Returned and they replaced again with a faulty one. When I came back to tell them they argued with me really nastily and said they only replace it once and that I need to pay for a third one!!! I left immediately what a scam!

Worcester branch- Helpful staff who were able to advise and provide solution to our SIM card adapter query.

I took my iPhone to iCrack Lichfield for a new battery I was told that it was £20 and would take about 30 minutes. When I returned i was given my phone back with apparently a new battery. I then checked my battery level. It was 74 percent!! The guy said he had made a mistake and immediately put a new battery in which took a couple of minutes. He was going to charge me £20 for nothing. AVOID THIS SHOP.

I am trying to contact iCrack in Barnstaple , they have my iWatch they told me they could change the battery never said anything about the age of my iWatch now after paying £60 I have nothing to show for it they have my watch and will NOT respond to emails or phone calls . Total disgrace , This was NOT a FAKE review I was left without a iWatch and £60 down , however since then I have had my iWatch returned and I am very happy with it , just a shame this could not have happened first time around , please take down your "FAKE REVIEW" post as it was genuine

Nottingham’s iCrack shop is excellent. I have zero knowledge regarding modern technology but the staff have been super patient answering my half arsed questions on the both occasions I needed their help.

Sent my iPad 6 mini in for a digitiser, I was quoted £85 for replacement.
I let them carry out the work, and on collection the price had gone from £85 to £150 and they had broken the finger I’d button in the process, it’s come back worse then when it went in.

I visited iCrack in Tunbridge Wells recently and the quality of the service was impeccable. They were efficient, the repair was outstanding and the cost was a bargain, considering the quality. I'd highly recommend this establishment to anybody.

I went into Icrack Salisbury to get my iPhone 13 Pro fixed, they said that they would be able to do this and that I would get my iPhone back the next day however when I contacted them the next day they said that my iPhone had been damaged in the machine that removes the back glass and that they needed to send it away to their lab (which I dont believe that there was ever a Lab) one week went by and the phone was still not ready another week goes by and then they tell me that the phone is lost in the mail and that they are investigating it, this went on another week and then they tell me that it is definitely lost by this point it was 4 weeks gone, I was so angry at this point, they then said that they will replace the phone and when I went in they then said that I still needed to pay for my other phone to which I was flabbergasted.
Please please don’t go to these clowns if you want your phone back in one piece or AT ALL

Went here to get my iPhone 13 pros back glass fixed which seemed fine after taking it out the shop. A few days later the phone does not work at all, just constantly boot loops. I go back to the store and the worker at the store sends it to be looked at. When the phone comes back with a replaced battery I am charged 70 pounds for this damage which they may or may not have been the cause of. Anyway, roughly a month later, the battery starts to not charge at all only sometimes working for a minute or so before shutting off. Moral of the story: I would NOT recommend going here for a phone repair if you want products of decent quality.

On the 1st March 24. For screen replacement. Paid £10 deposit.
As its my partner's phone and he works on the Cruise ships only docking in Southampton on Fridays we told the staff how important it was to be ready, as it's the only communication he has for work, bank and abroad family communication.
We were assured it would be ready.
WEEK 1. 8th March, I phoned the shop on his behalf to be told the phone was not back because it was a return postage hold-up,
Again reassuring me they would follow up the delay and it would be the shop the following week again.
WEEK 2. 15th March, Another phone call, same excuse.
WEEK 3. 22nd March, not there. But they did say they would give discount on original price for repair.
I've tried phoning the shop number

every day 26th-27th-28th and they don't answer.
I even found a phone number for the shop next to them. Dr Martin shoe shop where a very helpful lady even went outside and checked that icrack was open and it was not busy with customers, so why they didn't answer phone I don't know.
My partner's sailing schedule changes beginning of April and won't be docking in Southampton.
I live in the North, so its hard for me to visit the shop in person.
I would say something about the service BUT HAVENT HAD ANY.
This is not a FAKE review.
I have a receipt for repair.
Back up phone records.
