Can’t have an opinion for the entire company but their branch in Barnstaple is to be avoided.

I took a Samsung M31 in to the Bournemouth shop to have the screen replaced.

It was returned with the finger-print reader not connected.

Went back to the shop, the technician had another go, this time returning it with the finger-print reader working, but not seated correctly. But also with the side buttons seated wrongly. And the speaker not working.

Went back to the shop again. This time I watched the repair to see what he was doing. He replaced the speaker, but put one in that now distorts when playing certain notification sounds.

After the repairs, the phone started crashing randomly and restarting. Eventually, it went into an endless loop of crashes and I had to start in Safe Mode then do a complete factory reset and re-install of all my apps, to get it working.

I also have doubts as to whether the replacement screen was a Samsung branded part, as they said. It has a different colour balance to the original, does not support brightness dimming on the always-on-display, and the time between charges is significantly less than it was.

My suggestion is go somewhere else. There are half a dozen other repair shops on the same road.

I went in earlier in the same day and bought a speaker from one of the shops however after having it for a while I decided it wasn’t what I was looking for as it only had a 2 hour battery life therefore I went back to try and get a refund. Once I arrived at the shop and asked for a refund the employees were very disrespectful and rude towards me saying that they aren’t giving me a refund because it wasn’t what I was looking for I am absolutely infuriated in how I was treated and think this is totally unacceptable.

I thought there was an issue with my iPhone port charger so I went to Icracks near me, and was told to leave it and come back in an hour which I did. When I came back I was told there's nothing wrong with the port so it must be your wire connections so bring them in. I did and then after they confirmed it was. Then I was told that it would be 20 pounds, thanks. I said what? nothing got repaired ' but I was told they still charge for looking at the Iphone .So basically for putting a wire in the port to see if it works. So I said well if changing the port is 24.99 and for doing nothing is 20.00 then I might as well get it fixed even though it doesn't need to be. Bad experience, unfortunately.

Update: I returned the wire that was accidentally left in my plug when I put in the bag and I did talk to someone who said he was the manager who claimed the charge was the time at looking at the phone which means just plugging in the wire into the port to see if it works or not. So 20 pounds for that which doesn't make any sense at all.I was asked if I would delete this comment which I said was something I needed to think about as I haven't seen on their own website anything mentioning you get charged 20 pounds for a diagnosis as pointed out

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they may have made a genuine mistake which can be cleared if they just compensate me back to prove they are living up to the standards as claimed on their site and to some of the positive reviews among the negative ones for them here also .

My IPad’s battery was discharging a lot more than usual. They changed the battery and said if there’s a problem return it. I called them and then returned it. They replaced with another battery plus one more part. This was done while I went or a coffee as they “wanted to make up for the inconvenience”.

Had my daughters Mac book air screen replaced they were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure she had it back as soon as possible, I have had phones, iPads and now a Mac book repaired by them and will continue to highly recommend (I have a child with LD doesn’t know his own strength)

Honestly the best phone shop in Cheltenham!! Only place I will go, the man in there is always so cheerful and willing to help with everything!! Not only does he have amazing prices but he is also so lovely to be served by!!

The back of my iPhone 13 pro max was cracked so I took it to iCrack. They fixed it within 60 minutes but the next day I looked and it was cracked again, even though I hadnt dropped it. This was months ago and I've tried to contact multiple times since and been ignored. Obviously not fixed it right or used a cheap material as there was no reason for it to be cracked. This was at the Lichfield shop.

Provided such an efficient service. Sorted my problem out with I Phone so quickly. Very friendly staff and much cheaper than other users. I will certainly always go back to Canterbury store if I have any other problems with my phone. Thank you

This is not a FAKE review.
I had the screen replaced on my IPad at Salisbury iCrack a cost of £160 as I had dropped it. I was advised that the new screen would be exactly the same as the original. Well it was far from the same. Completely useless with the sensitivity being practically non existent.
I needed to jab very carefully at each letter for anything to come up on the screen.
Unfortunately, I could not find the receipt which was just a little hand written piece of paper, but without this they would not even look at the problem. I could show them a screen shot of the money paid to them from my bank. Apparently they cannot look back on their system to see any previous work carried out, even though they needed to order the replacement screen!!
Very unhelpful.
On iCrack website it says all screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty, maybe they should have advised that the scrap of paper receipt they gave me was in fact the warranty. Very unhappy and have completely wasted £160.
I have since found out there is a much better repair shop in Catherine Street Salisbury where I bought a new (refurbished) iPad.

Smashed my phone a few weeks ago and they managed to fix it in 30 minutes for an amazing price. Would highly recommend

Would NEVER recommend this place. There is a large logo printed in their shop saying “no fix no fee”. My son has taken his phone backwards and forwards a few times now and it is still broken. He paid them £380 cash and they won’t return a penny and it is still not fixed.
He dropped his new iPhone 15. It didn’t smash but the screen went black. They said they could fix it for £360. They sent it off and when it came back they actually charged £380 (so there was the first lie). It still didn’t work and went on and off constantly. He’s been back twice more and they sent it off again and still not working. Now he’s asked for a refund as phone not working and they have said no. Avoid at all costs! Go to a reputable company so you know where your phone is being sent and what is being done to the inside of it!!
AND DON’T TAKE ANY NOTICE OF THEM SAYING FAKE REVIEW!! I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR £380 CASH PAYMENT THAT I WILL POST ON HERE

My phone wasn't charging properly. Went to the Cheltenham branch of iCrack and was told I needed a new charging port at a cost of £90 for a premium one or £60 for a standard one. As I live in Malvern I decided to use a local company. Glad I did as they said the port just needed cleaning. Saved myself loads of money and my phone is now charging. iCrack appear to claim that any 1 star review is fake. I can assure you this is not a fake review.

Super quick. Screen replacement for my iPhone in Nottingham. The guys were friendly and gave me a good price, £60. Done in 15mins. No issues so far. Phone like new. Thank you - 5 star from me!

And whatever they say it’s definitely not a fake review I just wish I had a look on here before I went to hand my laptop in. I have recipes and pictures to proof it all.

Please avoid this shop with all cost. I brought my MacBook Pro for a screen replacement. It was going to cost me 299pounds.
I should have listened to my gut and walked away. Staff not friendly at all arguing with customer. Lady in front of me came back for a refund and was not happy at all. Then refund payment was not done properly. But as I had been saving for a long time to have this done and they were easy to get to for me and not the most expensive I went for it. It was going to take 4 days and had to pay 100 deposit.
When picking it up they asked me to open my laptop and to make sure everything looked okay. It did at that moment. Went home used it for a day looked all good. I was extremely carful. On the 2nd day of using it. Screen broke again. How?? I had my laptop on my lap while sitting on the couch when I wanted to get up I lifted my laptop up with my thump slightly pressing against the screen. It would have been the same pressure you would use to clean your screen. I was upset but I thought this is just a malfunction and they will sort it out. Well I was wrong. They did give a dam about it. They say it wasn’t their problem I made a fuss and said that this was their problem I only used it for about 5 hours!! I had saved up for over a year to be able to have it fixed. For a hot minute I was offered 100 pounds off for the 2nd screen but whist contemplating about that a phone call was made and that was of the table. While trying to communicate with them the shop assistants find it normal to speak in their own language in front of you!!! I find that extremely rude!’ The whole experience has left me with a 299 pounds broken screen that I haven’t been able to replace because of the cost. Very upset angry and in disbelief that shops like this still exist!!

I have visited the Salisbury store on more than one occasion and the staff are brilliant and the service great. Highly recommend them.
