Used live chat in the app twice in the last week (4th and 10th July) as my daughter had her phone stolen so I needed to freeze her account and then unfreeze it once she was sorted with a new SIM card. Simple, effective, and Zishan is a star!
I applied for a HyperJar account so my daughter could use it without charges on her school trip abroad. The physical card arrived quickly and in time, despite me leaving it quite late to apply for it.
I spoke to Zishan on live chat to confirm exactly what I need to do next, and they were extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They answered my (multiple!) questions clearly and were more than happy for me to clarify everything I needed to do. (Time is short as the school trip starts at 3am tomorrow!) Really impressed with the whole HyperJar system - very straightforward and far safer than carrying lots of foreign currency. And Zishan was exemplary - a real asset. Thank you again.
