Great for budgeting
Application has great features for budgeting, the ability to set rules for payment to specific retailers from specific jars is particularly helpful...just like the old days where you had separate jars or envelopes for each type of expenses. Bonus is the kids account which is great for making them learn the money matters.

Awful Experience. Zero feedback
Account took 5 days to create, despite saying 10 minutes. Moved to HyperJar from Cashplus to manage our food shop money jointly. Every time I transferred money to HyperJar, it got held up. Took 4-5 days to be released, which put us under more financial stress and pressure. Terrible experience when you are trying to feed a family. Accounts closed and app uninstalled after just under 2 months use. Chatbot is broken, does not understand even the responses it tells you to put. I'm sure if it works for you it's fine, if it doesn't, dont expect to hear anything from anyone with updates.

Lost card and wallet
My son lost his card and wallet and Waays went out of his way to help. A member of the public found the card and he arranged everything so we could get it all back. They are replacing the card with no cost. I have been very impressed with HyperJar since we got it years ago. I highly recommend it.
