When I saw that you were going to take more money out of my bank account I was so upset because I still have much more to use. So I responded to your post and even wrote you an email so stop it and to cancel it and I was so very relieved to hear that you had done that already and everything was okay. I didn’t get a fight like I was ready for. It was a huge relief.

Very quick. response
The email response and understanding of my issue was very good. They quickly canceled my subscription, but were not able to stop an order that’s on the way. They indicated they would gladly refund my money.
