Edit: This company really has an active customer service team with humans. Not at all like the ones that trap you in a subscription and make it hard to get out of it. I'm changing my review to 5 stars.
I would give a 5 star but my original order was messed up, plus I was enrolled in a subscription that I didn't intend to be in. It's gotten to where everything anyone orders online has a hidden subscription hook. Makes me lean toward local shopping in person again. But, customer service followed through with canceling. So, all is well in the end.

My original request not to enroll me in monthly shipments was not done. I received a second shipment. I sent a second request to cancel my subscription and it was handled quickly and received apologies. I will keep the products I received.
