What a relief and nice change to get prompt customer service -- doesn't seem to be the norm these days. But this service was stellar. Plus, it saved me from accidentally clicking thru on a scam delivery site who was impersonating them.

Marlo was excellent! Very helpful and professional. My product was not acting as it should in the water and after I sent Marlo a video he totally agreed and sent me new product. I hope these tabs work correctly.

I really dont like subscriptions
I really dont like subscriptions , i feel that if i wanted to buy something i would buy and offering it cheaper every month is not a nice act , only my opinion but the product is good and i will buy when needed,just a shame about the extra cost ,it might change my mind !

Helpful and knowledgable
The customer service rep was very responsive. I did have to reach out a few times to cancel my subscription, but the last representative quickly resolved my issue and refunded the amount charged after a different representative had canceled the account.
