My financial advisor through Hub was Ashley Quate. Ashley was informative & explained complex information in simple to understand terms. Unfortunately during the process I had a family bereavement but Ashley demonstrated empathy & kindness throughout a very difficult time. Every aspect of the procedure was explained with complete transparency and appropriate timings were met.
