Just had our new system installed yesterday and am so pleased the service from houston custom installers. From start to finish they professionally handled each detail down to the visit and follow up. Price of the package we bought was a great deal (I had a few estimates from some other companies). The install team not only installed the system with integrity they asked quality questions. Chris brought over the team, introduced us and left us to the business at hand. When the install team left they cleaned up after themselves and made sure I fully understood how to utilize the equipment and services we purchased. They were incredible and professional. We will use them again in the future.

Great service by the technician.
I called Houston Custom Installers to have a pair of flatscreens mounted on the wall in our new home. It was an easy process and the representative gave me an estimate (labor and parts) quickly over the phone. On the day of the appointment, the technician called me early in the morning to let me know he might be a little late due to previous job running into difficulty but he ended up getting there at the end of the original appointment window. In any event, I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know he might be late... certainly not a practice my cable, phone or utility company follows. He was professional and clean in his work and finished in the time he said it would.

If you need professional installation, you should call Houston Custom Installers. From the moment I set my appointment, their staff was totally professional, considerate, punctual. I can add much more, but in a nutshell: " great service". My TV was placed exactly where I wanted it, and I have truly enjoyed watching it in the new location.

Called other guys with no luck. Everyone else did not answer or returned my calls.
These guys answered the first time around. The installers got the job done fast and correctly.

I would strongly recommend HCI. They did a wonderful job on my media room - looks and sounds great. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I've used Houston Custom Installers twice now to do TV and Surround Sound installations and each time the installers where very professional and provided guidance on best place for TV and speakers. Very high quality of work...would definitely use them again.
