I really liked this company. They were on time and very quick. I would use them again.

The tech who came to install my TV was very pleasant and excellent inter-personal skills. The work he did was excellent quality and he responded to my questions with great explanation. He did not find my asking question annoying.

The service was great, I had two TV's that needed to be worked on and the tech was prepared and efficient. The TV's look great and I will use Houston Custom Installers next time.

If you need flat screen TV's installed, call Houston Custom Installers as soon as possible. The tech called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the time as promised. The install went great with not a single issue and I will use again.

I have used HCI since I moved into my new home last March. HCI installed TV's, surround sound and media room equipment in my entire home. Jose has been the installer/technician the entire time and he has been very professional and a har worker. I have even requested him on the couple service calls I have I had. In fact, out of all the contractors/vendors I have dealt with, including cable/internet providers, HCI has been the only ones to show up when they said they would and do exactly waht they said they would do for the quoted price. I have recommended HCI to my friends that have relocated to Houston and at least one has used them.

The installers were highly professional, neat and very informative. I thought they went well above and beyond as far as installation and knowledge.

Have used these guys numerous times. Not only are they superb, but their eye for detail and immaculate workmanship continually exceeds my expectations. I am a perfectionist and appreciate their punctuality, patience, honesty, dependability. Kevin and Jose' are the primary techs I've used, but I would be totally comfortable with any member of their staff. And, they do an A+ job on clean-up as well!!!

HCI were reasonably priced and always followed up with me. The tech who did the installation Jose worked with me throughout the 2 day install to troubleshoot and make sure the system worked well.

Great work done in a clean and fast manner

The service team was friendly, responded promptly, and worked hard to insure that we were completely happy. From my initial inquiry in email, to my phone conversations, to the final install, everyone was professional and eager to please. The system went into our back yard and around the pool and is almost invisible. The sound is fabulous. Even down to stringing the wiring in the attic, they worked neatly, carefully tacking up and hiding (when possible) all the cables. We highly recommend this company!

The crew came in and did an excellent job verifying place of tv's. Thorough as to the placement and help set up everything. I highly recommend Houston Custom Installers and as a repeat customer with use them again.

I googled "commercial sound system" and their name popped up. I sent an email for a quote and received a response back within the hour. The receptionist was very professional and arranged for an installer to come to the site to give a quote. He made sure to ask exactly what I was looking for as far as sound quality. If anyone comes in and tries to sell you the best equipment they have...run. The gentleman that arrived was polite even though I was late to open the door. They gave a very fair price and started work on the day I arranged it. During the installation he was careful to keep his work area clean. After the install, he did a walk through of my new system and answered all the questions I had for him. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation of equipment went very well. Installers are very good about explaining things. Problem is that we have four different rooms of equipment and documentation would be welcome for us non techie people :).

First service was to install television on wall. Very satisfied with work done by Jose Perez the technician. Second service was to install speakers in ceiling in family room and program the universal remote. Very satisfied with work. Service was prompt. Maybe a little pricey, but, worth it.

This was the second flat screen TV I had installed and the service and work was worth every penny. The second install was a 60" LCD TV mounted in the living room. The first install was a 40" mounted in the bedroom with the relocation of an electrical outlet. Both times, from scheduling to the finished product, everything was handled in a very workmanlike, professional manner and I could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to mount a flat screen TV.

The technician, Moses drove a long way to make the appointment on time. He was really knowledgeable with even the outdated receiver I was connecting to a 2014 Samsung super 3D TV home theatre system. In fact I would like to make an appointment with HoustonCustomInstallers for Moses to help configure my new up to date receiver. HoustonCustomInstallers practices good customer service. I am highly satisfied with their service.

The guys were knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard. Everything was explained prior to installation and they did everything that we asked. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I called Houston Custom Installers after researching quite a bit on a unique home theater idea. I have a large multi-function room upstairs that I wanted to make into a home theater but have the ability to make it disappear when not in use. Jose came out and we discussed the options and the solution was perfect! The installation day was equally as smooth although it was a long day for the guys, the outcome was extraordinary. THX 3D Blu Ray 7.1 surround in-ceiling/in-wall speakers is more than I expected. Great job Houston Custom installers!!! I would recommend them to anyone.
