HCI installer showed up promptly at 4:00, as agreed. Courteous, prepared, thorough, clean, and professional. He hung the TV's, ran the cables in the walls, connected all the Home Theater and gaming devices, and tested them. Absolutely the best experience with an A/V, Cable, or TV install I've ever had, including the more widely known Geek Squad.

I couldnt be more happy with the custom install!!!! No wires exposed, no issues other than ones presented to installer. I had no electrical outlet near, no cable outlet near and live in a two story house. He was able to do entire job in a very timely manner and explained everything great as well as cleaned up as he went.

Houston Custom Installers was able to come install my tv 1.5hrs earlier than scheduled, which was great for me! Their 2-person team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. They installed the tv and showed me how to use the different features within an an hour. My tv looks great over my fireplace. I would fully recommend this company.

Very pleased with in ceiling speaker installation. Professional and adept at their job. Very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves even though there was only minimal dust and debris.

Two TV's were installed; one was a very large one (75-inch screen) and the other a more conventional (47-inch screen) one. I was a little worried because the 75-inch TV presented special challenges. I have built-in wall cabinetry with a recessed area for a TV which was too small for my 75-inch monster. Houston Custom Installers provided a mounting bracket (at a price much lower than local electronics stores like Best Buy and Conn's) and did a very professional installation which covers the recessed area in my cabinetry completely and looks really neat. I still have access behind the TV to change connections as necessary.

Houston Custom Installers did a quality installation. My job consisted of mounting a TV on the wall, installing a 5.1 surround system on the walls (all cables run inside the walls), as well as mounting 2 outside speakers and running the cable to my Zone 2 on my receiver. Price was comparable to other installer companies, they communicated different options at each stage of the installation as well as where there would be different price options for doing the setup in different ways. Over all i was very satisfied with the work. The only negatives which were minor was that the technician that consulted on the job was not the one to come back and do the installation which left me explaining the job all over again to the installers. They missed putting back an end table and winding up an extension cord they borrowed. They also only did the basic automated setup on the receiver (there is a more thorough automated one), when the consultant says he balances it manually because the automated doesn't do a good job in his opinion. Again, these were only minor negatives. I'd definitely refer them to a friend just based on their professionalism, good communication, pricing, and quality of work. The wife and I love the new media setup!

I called and made the appt for two days later; the installer came when he was scheduled, and he did a great job! I would definitely use them for further installation jobs.

I have only great things to say about Houston Custom Installers after my recent TV Wall mount and Soundbar set-up. Everyone who I interacted with there was extremely patient, understanding, and friendly. I reached out to them before I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my audio in my living room, and they helped me better understand the different solutions available. I scheduled and re-scheduled my install appointment a couple of times, however, they were extremely forgiving. I worked closely with Alina, one of the phone receptionists, who was accommodating and knowledgeable. Even if she didn't have the answer right away, she would always get back to me promptly.
The install itself also went smoothly. I received a call ahead and they installers showed up within the given time frame. They performed the install efficiently and were extremely respectful of my home and my belongings. I highly recommend using this company for your technology needs!

My Tv looks great. I wish i could remember the name of the tech that came out but he did an awesome job. Great communicator and did excellent work.

He did a wonderful job of mounting the TV. One thing I liked is that the wires are not seen in front of the wall. He made it run behind the wall. Overall work was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to others.
