Jose has been the one to come out to my house each time. He listened to what I said then figured out what had to be done and did it.

HCI did a great job with my install. It looks really good. I was on a limited time schedule and the install was completed within that amount of time. Centered perfectly over fireplace, looks professionally done. Would recommend and use them again. The only ńegative was when I made the appt. The scheduler did quote me the installment price on the website but failed to say that there may be an additional charge for a cable(which I paid for). Idk maybe it's just me, but anytime I'm quoted for a service I want to know about any other additional fees that may possibly occur. Other than that great job on the install.

Jose with HCI was fantastic! He took his time installing the equipment and made sure I understood how to work everything. He even took the time to help me over the phone a few days later when I messed the setting up. I would definitely use HCI again.

Installer found a way to hide wires and stated that he did it like he would have his house done. Very clean, professional installation.

When my wife & I first moved to Houston in late September 2013, we utilized Houston Custom Installers (HCI) to wall mount our flat screen TVs (two 58" plasmas and an older 42" LCD). That installation went smoothly and professionally. We were so satisfied with the quality of service that we recently asked HCI to advise us on replacing the failing 42" TV with a current state-of-the-art "smart" TV. We purchased a new 55" Samsung 8000 series LED "smart" television from HCI at a competitive price and again used their installation services. We are happy to report that we are very satisfied customers "twice over". We would recommend HCI to our friends and family.

The customer service rep was polite and knowledgeable, she patiently answered all of my questions. The uniformed tech arrived on time, installed my brand new smart TV and explained it operates. I recommended them to my friends.

When Anthony arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done and walked me through every step of the process. Any time he was going to do something he asked me permission first and explained the process. We had two large speakers that we needed mounted in the back of the and I loved that he didn't have to cut holes in my ceiling. Anthony was so professional and my living room looks great. To top it off the price was really affordable. Great job!!!!

I recently (Jan 2014) had an LED TV and soundbar installed by HCI, as well as programming various A/V equipment to a universal remote. The HCI tech was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. The work he did was fantastic - I am doing more work with HCI now, and will definitely work with them in the future. Highly recommend.
