Very professional service, answered the phone when contacted and a thorough survey well presented.
Survey came through on date given.
My only criticism is it did take ten days, which on past experience is a little long but it didn’t really matter.

I got a prompt response after the survey was done. Very efficient

Ordered a Rics 2 Survey, great customer service, payment of £379 taken. Unfortunately needed to cancel after 4 days as survey was no longer required. Asked for a full refund as entitled per their own T&C's. This is where the great customer service ends and they completely ghost you. Ignore all calls, emails etc, I had to contact my credit card provider to get my money back! This company are a great seller till your moneys in their bank, read other reviews and go elsewhere.

House Smart Surveying had some positives, including polite staff and detailed reports. However, the service felt inconsistent. It took weeks to receive the survey report despite initial promises of fast delivery, and chasing invoices became frustrating with repeated excuses. While aspects of their service are good, improvements in communication and accountability are needed.

WARNING- Do not use this surveying company, they are crooks, they took £385 off me and provided absolutely nothing as they had a fall out with the vendor ( nothing to do with me ) the vendor refused to use them after the fall out so the kept all of the £385 and provided nothing, Please stay away from this company as they will do the same to you.

Used first time after locating on website. Excellent knowledge and insight. The surveyor Mohammad was 10/10 with defects and information that was retrieved which were found and picked up on the property that I was looking to purchase. Kept me informed all the way through. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely use them again. Full satisfaction and no disappointment from them. 5 star no doubt

I was recommend to use this company by a friend and im glad that he did. The company were very prompt in organising the survey and recieved a callback on the initial contact. The survey was conducted and the report itself was very detailed highlighting and explaining the issues that arose from the survey, the report was conducted in a very timely manner and found the price fair and I would definately use them again myself and recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from this company- booked online and got a fixed price , received a follow up text and then opened an account which was really easy, this keeps you up to date with when the survey will be done , survey was done within a week and surveyor Steven phoned on the morning he was going and was extremely helpful and afterwards when I got report ( within a week ) he answered my questions and gave advice . Would definitely recommend as the process was very professional.

Just bought a new house was in need of a RICS Survey I went through house smart surveying through a comparison website. They wasn’t the cheapest at first however after being on the phone to the chaps they were happy to lower the price and get me booked in with no issues. Regarding the survey I was provided with an extensive report of the property and also had a conversation with the surveyor and was more than friendly and happy to discuss any matters that I was concerned about.. Definitely recommend.

AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. Used this company after finding them online, wish I'd have read the reviews beforehand. We agreed a date for the survey I paid the money and on the day the survey was not completed but the company are refusing to refund my money despite no survey taking place. There are numerous other similar reviews so it's clearly not a one off. They also breach data protection by giving out people's personal information when they clearly know they shouldn't so I would avoid at all costs. They are also unprofessional in the way they deal with customers would definitely not recommend to anyone as they will take your money and not provide what you've paid for. I will be seeking my money back through a solicitor.

Found these guys through a Google search and my details were passed onto 4 companies. They were one of the cheapest quotes and after seeing the majority of the positive reviews I decided to go with them and I'm glad we did! Was sent a link to a portal to fill in details and then shortly after I was emailed to say they had provisionally (depending on payment) booked in on a certain date with my seller - the following week! I would have loved a confirmation email to confirm the appointment date of survey after they received payment but I had to rely on the portal which automatically updates at each stage. Survey went ahead successfully and though they said a week or so turn around I had the survey electronically the next day. Very happy with everything and service provided.

A very positive experience! We enquired about a survey with a very kind gentleman, Simon, who had looked at the house online and had done some research before the call. This gave the phone call a more personal touch. We booked the survey towards the end of January and it was completed by the middle of February. We then received the report the day after, which was very detailed and included lots of photos! Very, very happy with the services and definitely would recommend.
