Try too sell you stuff and that's it . Won't answer phone ..no email address.
And im stuck with a brand new fridge freezer that isn't working properly . Terrible customer service ..ive tried all the channels listed below and its all A.i and chat bots and press 1 press 2 only to be told that it can all be done online with the pre mentioned robots ..finally after this review I had a call from a real person only to be told my parts might be available in early August...😡pathetic..

Excellent product
Excellent product. The fridge that I replaced with was same brand hotpoint that I used for 10 years with no trouble at all. I hope this goes with this one and hopefully more than 10 years I wish

I didn't realise that I could register all of my new appliances at once. The staff were very helpful & patient whilst I was looking up all of the information required. It was really good to get all appliances dealt with in 1 phone call.
