I tried the phone number on the leaflet that came with the tumble drier which said that I would be given a guarantee refund number, the women at DG said they didn’t give numbers or a confirmation email. That didn’t seem right and at that point she ended the call!
I then followed up the link online sent to me by Marks Electrical. That went smoothly and I was able to print a confirmation and receive a follow up email.

I was transferred on the phone 6 times…
I was transferred on the phone 6 times trying to register only to be told to wait 5 years and then try to register for the next 5 years. Absolutely hopeless and frustrating.

Very happy with service
Very happy with service, the only thing that I’m not sure on. I have sent 3 emails now and I have had no response.

There was no registration of guarantee. As this was forgotten I have a 3 year old dishwasher that they want me to pay £170 for someone to fix
