Great communication and delivery
Great communication and delivery. Was very reluctant to order at first as was almost scammed before Christmas from another online site.
Luckily I managed to get my money back but not without a fight.
Delivery was very quick. I have had a peak at the rug and colours look good. Don’t want to open yet as having some work done in home so will be putting it down when get back to normal next week hopefully.

The rug wasn't up to standard was…
The rug wasn't up to standard was coming away at the edge ,after sales wasn't very good I had to wait 21 days from when they received the rug back for my refund,that is the longest I have ever waited .

Bought a rug and it lasted 5 weeks before fraying around the edges, it was in a room hardly used. Refused a refund as I had it more than a month. Would never buy from them again and would not recommend. Shoddy, poor quality goods
