When I returned a rug I had to wait 30…
When I returned a rug I had to wait 30 days for the refund but when they sent it to my PayPal they sent an echeque which now has to be cleared and it’s been 7 days already and still not cleared.
Avoid at all costs as it takes forever to get your money back.

Fantastic product and service
I searched for a perfect rug for 2 years. I was abit sceptical about ordering from here as I’ve never used them before, however I am extremely satisfied with the product. The rug is beautiful, great quality and definitely is under priced for its worth. Delivery was very fast! Thank you!

New extra large rug
Ordering was easy a good selection of rugs at a great price. The company kept me informed of progress at every stage and the rug was delivered very quickly. I was slightly apprehensive when I saw it was folded but it has gone down beautifully and has been much admired. I cannot fault the service and would definitely order again

We do recommend as per the instructions on the reverse of the rug that these are reverse rolled for a minimum of 24 hours before being laid out to ensure that they flatten quickly.

Very poor quality and service
I would not purchase anything from this website .
Customer service is appalling , item I purchased is very poor quality not what is shown on the website and I have to pay for the return
Also I have been told in a email if the item is damaged on return I will get no money back even though there own couriers are picking it up . £15 for return .
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I have worked in retail I would never deal with customers they when I have been dealt with .
I am told that it is my personally preference that my item is of poor quality even though the picture I sent you can see the poor quality of the rug .
My advise is not to buy
I wouldn’t even given them 1 star but you have to put something in so this is definitely no star rating .

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, however we can see you were advised on several occasions as to our returns policy. We only offer free returns on faulty items however after we viewed your images it was clear that there was no fault in your rug and they the rug was not too your liking as per our returns policy you would be responsible for the return. You were given several options for the return and do not have to return this using our courier to which there is a £15.00 charge by the couriers for the collection.
